Pleasant Garden Resort

Must say It is more impressive than the internet photos.Spacious rooms,clean surroundings,proximity to airport.We travelled with two kids who freaked out on the lawns, trees,pool etc.Did daily trips in cabs all over Sri Lanka both in the hills,Colombo as well as south beaches.Staff courteous,may be a little laidback room service,but food is decent.The small bar is well done and well stocked.Will recommend for a peaceful stay amidst the surrounding greens and a nice introduction to Sri Lanka before proceeding to more maybe a beach stay or a hills sojourn.
