The room is not the same as showed in the pictures. Its very loud outside. No warmwater. As soon as i arrived i told the concierge thats not the room i booked and he told me that im right, there was a mistake in the reservation, he will inform the supervisor and i should come back the next day to change my room. The next day they told me thats the room i booked. I tried to talk with hotels.com per virtual agent and they tried to help me as good as they could but as they contacted the property they got told that i got the room i booked and everything ist fine with the booking… i would never book this hotel again… they call it a suite with partial seaview but there was no seaview, television didnt work and their wifi sucked.

¿POR QUE NO SE RECOMIENDA ESTE HOTEL?

Desde nuestra llegada fue muy mal, porque la habitación que nos entregaron no era la que la que reservamos (era muy pequeña y no tenía vista parcial al mar, la vista era hacia un parqueadero), los implementos de tocador lo daban solo el primer día, como ya habíamos hecho el pago en el hotel no era posible la devolución del dinero para irnos a otro hotel por lo que debimos quedarnos. al día siguiente a nuestra llegada surgió una gotera en la habitación y nos trasladaron a otra. La tercera noche tuvimos que retornar a habitación asignada inicialmente porque la supervisora nos dijo que iba a ordenar que sacaran nuestros equipajes de la habitaciòn por lo que acudimos a la policia de turismo para cumplieran con la prestación del servicio que habíamos contratado. Luego de toda esta situación fuimos trasladados a la habitaciòn con las características que habíamos reservado.
