Stayed four years ago and it was a much different place. Very tired and old. Needs renovations. Best part of the previous stay was the amazing breakfast they had. Although They claim breakfast is included it’s a pastry and a coffee. Expedia booking was also terrible to deal with. I gave up trying to change my stay by a day.

Service was all outsourced - housekeeping, spa and restaurant - had to deal with each service separately. No take away available - stupid for traveling guests who do not want to go out after a days travels/sightseeing. Room configuration was ridiculous - multiple tiny rooms (sitting, bedroom, bath and kitchen) with doors that would not stay open. Location was pretty good but will not be coming back here - high price for limited service/room accommodations. We are Canadians so don't complain unless very substandard service/accommodation. Thanks

Very convenient location. With walking distance to Victoria station. Great pubs, bakeries and coffee shops nearby. I guess the biggest issue was iffy internet service. Had to stand near the door of the room to get access and even then it was hit and miss. The other issue we had the the lack of ability to control the room temperature. Even in November the room was super hot. Other than these two issues, the room was great.

The sheets and towels were dirty. The elevator to the first floor was not available so we had to take the elevator to the second floor and walk down the stairs with our full sized luggages. Kitchen did not have any forks and spoons to use.

Great pool and health complex. Convenient green grocer and convenience store on lower level. Very tidy and functional appartment. Pretty and very quiet neighbourhood at night. E minute walk to the Pimlico tube station. One point to improve: there were only 2 sets (forks, knives, plates, cups glasses) of flatware, stoneware and glassware in the kitchen - a few more would make the kitchen truly useful.

No air conditioning. The toilet didn’t flush. The bathtub drain was clogged. The wifi was shoddy and did not work 75% of the time. We’ve stayed in countries like India and Morocco and yet the Dolphin in London is by far the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Stay away at all cost.

We liked the location and the apartment features better than just a hotel room but why the huge cleaning fee? We have traveled to many different countries and stayed in many hotels and apartments, we have never been hit with an £11 per night cleaning fee. The first day after we arrived they did not clean the apartment! Taxes were mentioned in the booking information but not the cleaning fee.

Residential not touristy Laundry machines free lots of machines new Staff friendly, fast professional Size of room large and spacious Cleanliness very clean. Room cleaned every day Quietness Interior finishing (felt newly renovated)
