Nice large room with a great sitting area and a very comfy king size bed with high thread count sheets. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. Service was efficient and friendly. Our paid invoice was slid under the door so that we could leave quickly without lining up at the counter to check out. Great location too as it was handy to a variety of restaurants.

Fine, guess I'd look around...

It's an ok property. Dated interior, lots of brown. Faux(I assume) leather sleeper-sofa popped up with cushions "in the air". Noticed that "old building smell" as soon as a walked into the room. Trouble with the heating: temperature control was ok but it cycled on and off no matter what I did. Decent breakfast.

Great place to stay would recommend 100%

Was a pleasure to stay at this facility. The continental breakfast was the best I have seen. The young man running the front desk was more than helpful and went out of his way to make our stay perfect. The rooms were very quiet and very comfortable.

Great Place

Best stop on our vacation was the Phoenix Inn Suites Eugene. Very friendly, helpful staff. Downtown was walking distance nearby. Big comfy room. Highly recommend it.
