Excellent stay - from customer service, location, cleanliness... all is excellent. They provide a free phone with 4gb data during the stay which is super convenient, and water. 5 mns walk from airport shuttle (A11) stop , MTR 3 mns walk, tons of local restaurants nearby. Though causeway Bay and Tin Hau area is more expensive than other area. Strongly recommend

A Gem in Hing Kong

We chose this hotel for price and location. The subway was very close and easy to get around. The rooms were small but efficient. The pocket wifiii was amazing as it made getting around so easy with google maps. The staf was very helpful.

Comfortable hotel with great service

Our family had a pleasant stay here for 3 nights after a 14 day trip in Japan. It was quiet and clean - smelled nice too. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious by HK standard (we were able to fit our 3 luggage). The location was good - MTR Station, bus stop and electric tram stop were all with a block away from hotel. There were also lots of places to eat. The service was outstanding. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. On our first day, we took a shower and noticed the water streamed off the shower door onto the bathroom floor. We informed them and they changed our room without hesitation. Overall, I would recommend this place.

Asian Gem!!

Hotel was great. Clean and very comfortable. The room was small by North American standards, but large by Asian standards. Staff was wonderfully helpful! The decor was beautiful. Location great for getting around. We took public bus 11 from the airport

Great location, clean rooms

This is my first time staying at hotel but experience was great. Room was 1906 and at first smell like bleach and stuffy at first but after keeping air con on a few hrs that humidity starts to die down. Room was clean and is small like typical hk hotels but they have a very comfy bed with new and clean beddings and towel, so was great! They also offer u tea bags and instant coffee and free bottle of water which was very convenient. As other reviews indicated, location is super convenient. 2 mins walk from bus station, tram and, MTR. If u r coming from airport, consider taking E11 airport bus. Super cheap $21 HKD one way about 1 hr, final bus destination makes it easy and also about 2-3 walk to hotel. Lots of restaurants and variety of food nearby. You can't go wrong with this hotel

The first reciptionfirst night was the nicest lady in HK, but the morning staffs are like few kids, not professional enough. When price went up more then doubled up, they should learn how to talk to customers , not likely give you a additude if you don’t want to live here, others will do that kind of feeling!! Glu

Great hotel!

Our stay was great. The location is absolutely perfect being only one minute walk to the MTR. the rooms are small but very functional. The staff is great and the service is amazing. Overall, we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Quiet room

Room was very small. Bathroom's sink was very tiny. The noise insulation in the room was very good. Staff at hotel was very helpful.
