Dirty, worn down and disorganized

They neglected to send the check in information and there is no desk to go to. So we were stranded until we figured out who to call. Once we called, sat on the phone for twenty minutes, we got our room number and code. We went to our room, to use our code and walk into a room that was already occupied. Had to call again, they said management switched our room. Not sure how as we had just been given our room 1 minute prior. Got settled in our room. But it’s not as pictured. Quite run down and damaged. Disappointing stay all around. Did not feel safe as who knew who would barge into our room with the wrong room number

Our room was gross. Curtains dirty and bugs crawling out of a hole in the wall in the bathroom.

It did the job, I wouldn't send anyone there in a big hurry, but it had a bed, a pool and a kitchenette. It was OK, not great. It was a different experience that I probably wouldn't run back to try it again. Having said that, it wasn't terrible.

Found the hallways dirty. The tiles in the apartment needed to be steam cleaned -- grout was dirty. The towels in the bathroom were threadbare and had holes. No kleenex in the room. Only 2 rolls of tp to last a week. Bring/Buy your own! The fridge was large and was clean. Communication was terrible. Booked through Expedia, but dont think i would book an apartment through them again. We arrived late so office was closed. The person i called was helpful but it required several calls to get into our room. Once he finally got the codes set up it was okay. Limited parking close to the building.

Communication was awful. I paid for early check in and late check out, flew in got to place at 12pm and had to wait 4 hours to get place. I had to walk around the area while it off and on again rained with my 4 month old and 2 year old. Was finally given key code at regular check in time 4pm. (Was told i hot an email, about not being sble to get lare check in... looked for and email and the only one I got was at 3:57pm thay day with the welcome information and map) they refunded me the fee for early check in. For check out I txted on Day 2 and went to main office to verify I got late check out. Day of check out I leave the room at 9:30am to grab breakfast, when I come back at 11am to start loading my luggage downstairs my key code doesn't work... I call the office and ask why and they explain check out was at 10am and they didn't have on file late check out... all of this mix up was on them. When we got into the apartment it wasn't in great condition. I had to wash the floors my water was black from the dirt, the pull out bed had chip crumbs on the bed and Beatles. Under the pull out bed it had Qtips, food, and dust bunnies. Very minimal kitchen items. 2 small pots, 1 big pot, 4 cups, 3 small coffe mugs, 4 forks, 4 butter knives, 3 spoons, 4 plates, 4 bowls, and a small cutting board. The one good thing sbout this property was the pool, its a large heated pool and got tub. The hot tub was broken 2 days out of the 7 but they were quick to respond when told it was broken.

The place wasn’t ready when I arrived on time and I had to wait in the car until the room was cleaned up. I was allowed to leave my luggage in the room and the cleaners were nice and even got me clothes hangers, as there were no hangers in the closet. It was a nice apt though.

I stated dirty because Around the property there was often garbage thrown around which wasn’t the property fault, people are just lazy, bins were readily available. The unit we were in was dated and some damage to walls etc. the kitchen didn’t have a coffee maker or kettle or working toaster. I mentioned this in a previous review and the manager brought us a new one. Nice!! The pool was heated to a comfortable temperature and the hot tub was a nice treat after a day of hiking. Walls are thin but we didn’t have any issues with that, was quite quiet in our block. We would stay there again as convenient location.

Disgusting place

I was originally supposed to stay in Chandler after 4 when I was supposed to check in they told me the unit was damaged and I had to be moved to the Tempe location. Didn't get my room til close to 5 or later. The room was disgusting, dirty and it smelled. They were roaches crawling everywhere I couldn't even sleep in the bed. The window was full of pigeons and bird sht. Paid for a later check out and they come banging on my door at 10 a.m. Never would recommend any one staying here . Not worth the money.

We were hopeful this would be a decent place given the pictures, they were however deceitful. The property location was alright, however, we saw a homeless person smoking on the side of the building. When entering the building it smelled awful, an overwhelming laundry detergent smell with underlying smells of marijuana. The entry into the building wasn't clean full of leaves and dirt. Once in the room it was alright, however the bathtub drain was missing, the bathroom walls had dirt and grime on them and there was hair inside the shower area. On our second morning there it started to rain outside and then we had rain dripping down through the kitchen light, and then through the a/c vent return, and then through the outlet in the kitchen. The power then went out in the kitchen. The roof looked like it had happened before due to sagging and stains on the ceiling, which I assume means there could be mold in the attic area. We called the front desk to inform them and they didn't give us much help or say they were sending someone up. We decided to pack up as quickly as possible and get out of there to avoid further issues. I wouldn't recommend this place and am disappointed in our stay.

A lot of issues starting with cleanliness. Vents were disgusting, certain lights didn't work, there was no remote for the living room tv, the water was too hot, and there was a distinct gross smell.
