Plenty of towels were provided the lady who checked me in was nice I asked to borrow the disinfectant to spray my room and she finally let me which made me comfortable, but the night audit lady pretty much accused me and my guest of stealing a soda and the Next morning wouldn’t let me take them their breakfast bags which once again acting like I was trying to steal extra food as if it wasn’t enough food to go around and she knew it was 4 people in my room, having pride in your work place is one thing but she made it kind of personal... but either way I’m grateful for the meal I did receive, and thanks
Had to call police as housekeeping stole jewelry. Police even recognized her as a repeat offender but hotel refused to do anything about it. Jewelry was not recovered and no apology or compensation given.

They are super helpful! even when i thought they had closed since they were changing into a best western,,,the lady at the front was the best. helped make everything awesome!
Hotel is in the process of changing to a Best Western so there is construction going on but we never heard any of it. Very friendly staff at the front desk and in the breakfast area.
Breakfast had fewer choices because of COVID. Waffles, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, packaged pastries and some fresh fruit. Coffee and juices were also available.
Our room was very clean and had ample towels. Bed was comfy. The pillows were too hard for my taste but overall we were very satisfied with the hotel.
All of the staff was friendly. The one bedroom suite was really large. Bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was really good.

Had potential but fell short
Our room was a king suite, room 131, very nice and spacious however the water pressure In the shower was terrible. Zero water pressure. Water barely trickled out so it took forever to take a shower. Our room was at the end of the hallway by the back exit door so every time someone came through the back entrance the door slammed very loudly late into the the early morning. Bed and pillows were pretty uncomfortable. Note to hotel...fix the water pressure and fix the back door so that it closes gently instead of slamming loudly.

The check-in was easy and welcoming. The room and lobby area were both very clean. Parking was easy and plentiful. The bed was very squeaky. Hey Baymont, I'm a bit embarrassed for you that you have signs at every door as we enter the hotel warning guests that you will "not be responsible for personnel left in vehicles." Really? You're a college town in San Angelo. How can an employee have ordered those incorrectly, someone else print those, another employee pay for those, another employee hang every one of those signs, and worst of all every employee that has walked past those signs day after day not caring about a ridiculous misspelling warning us not to leave "personnel" in our cars. PERSONNEL are employees. PERSONAL are items belonging to a person. If I promise not to leave any of your personnel locked in my car, will you promise to print new signs?
The service was great from the time I arrived until I left. The included breakfast was one of the best I've had traveling, facilities spotless and again staff continually keeping things fresh and clean.
