Não conseguimos ficar, pois o cheiro do apartamento era muito ruim, coisas muito velhas, móveis com cheiro ruim. Quando meu marido abriu a janela de um dos quartos, veio um cheiro terrível de fossa, estávamos no térreo, isso foi a gota d'água, pegamos nossas coisas e fomos embora procurar outro lugar para ficar.

Bom local para passar a noite. Porem local carece de manutenção, apesar de bem limpo estrutura tem danos por umidade, vazamento de gás, elétrica ruim e frigobar quase não gela.
