Great family accommodation

We stayed in the Coyote Den. Beautifully decorated and equipped with dishwasher, washer/dryer, and full kitchen. Wonderful location, comfy condo, great for a family. Two spacious rooms with king beds and attached full bathrooms.

Not up to par

Had stayed here a few times before and the place was beautiful, this time the outside landscaping was not kept clean, fire pit and grills were dirty. For the rate they charge it is totally not worthy.

Great place to stay!

I’ve stayed here a number of times and have had the 1, 2 and the 3 bedrooms. Every time we have stayed it’s been great! The rooms are clean and have almost everything you need to cook and grill. I haven’t needed anything from the staff so I don’t know if their response is available.

Great place near the main shopping street and the ruidoso river. Room was clean and well maintained. Check in was easy and quick. Noise was good but since it is so close to the main shopping street noise can get a little heavy specially when bars. Excellent place for families with teens.

10/10 - would definitely book again!

Our family had a great stay here in a 2 bed/2 bath condo (specifically, 1303 - Midtown Mountain Escape) Checking in was seamless, as we received the door code before arrival. Ample parking allowed us to park right next to the stairs. The location was great for access to the main street. 2-minute walk to Downshift Brewing and multiple stores. Most everything else was a short 5 min or less drive. In addition, there were lots of elk in the area, including the property's green spaces, which was a fun surprise. The condo itself was great! Both bedrooms and bathrooms were nicely sized, leaving room to move around, unpack, etc. No cramped conditions here! It was a nice, enjoyable space to return to after a day of hiking, adventuring in the mountains, driving to White Sands, or popping up to the winery in Alto. The living space was also comfortable and well laid out. While we didn't cook on this trip, the kitchen had plenty of room to work and was stocked with most items needed. We were situated near the waterfall and overlooked the fire pit. Both were nice little additions to the property. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience for us, and we'd definitely book again!

11/16-18/2023 Easy check-in and check-out, fireplace, comfortable bed, privacy, loved the decor. Was very pleasantly surprised to wake and see a herd of elk wandering up the small river just under our balcony. Interesting shops nearby, particularly Tanner Tradition Native American Art shop: quality, authenticity, wide variety of media, wide range of tribal representation, including local Mescalero Apache artists. Resort grounds fastidiously maintained, clean and quiet. There was a local bar that had some rather loud live music on Friday night, but they stopped playing by 8pm and the rest of evening was quiet and serene. We’ll be coming back!
