We arrived and started to put things in the refridge. Other peoples things are still in it. My fiancé uses the rest room and notices pubic hair on the floor and in the tub/sink. Disgusting, I took over 20 pics within the first 5 minutes of arriving. The most unsettling … sheets were dirty !! You can clearly see an impression of the last person you stayed there. Who ever it was had black hair and must have been there by themself. Only one impression in the bed and only one pillow case and one half of the bed was wrinkled. We had to do laundry (bedding) the first 30 minutes after arriving! The icing on the cake was the fact that only 1 of the 5 AC units worked! (Living room). The ONLY reason I did not call after seeing this was due to the fact I was over four hours from home and had no other place to stay.

Had a great stay! Stayed in Southend and went to The Eagles concert at Spectrum. Owner very responsive, reserved parking (1 space) plus street parking. Apartment in a multiapartment building so a coded lock on outside door as well as on the apartment door (different codes). It is a second-floor apartment with no elevator. Owner provided bottled water, coffee machine and coffee bag, juice and basic mixers. Will be back.

Nice place and location, bad communication

When we got there, we expected a screened porch, but we were on the second level where the are unscreened. The unit itself was great. The kitchen was well laid out and had all the things you'd need to use it. The bed was comfortable. The towels were nice. The shower doesn't really spray. Our one real issue was when we arrived the AC was off and it was warm. We turned down the temperature and went out with friends, expecting it to be cooler when we returned. When we came back it was worse. There was no users manual (there is a QR code on the fridge but it leads to a dead link). We reached out and were told to text a picture of the thermostat. Sent one right away but since they didn't receive one they didn't respond. 40 minutes later when I reach out to follow up, they ask for pictures again. We were sweating and tired and ready to go to sleep. We thought the unit was broken, but it worked fine, we just needed help and it was a very slow and convoluted process. It took 90 minutes to get an answer that should have taken 5 and the whole time we were really hot. The unit is nice, the communication was really rough
