Kyoto Prefecture condos

We enjoyed our stay in the two bedroom unit in Kyoto and I would recommend it. An easy walk to restaurants and the subway station making it very convenient to see the local tourist attractions. Located by the River on a quiet street. We liked the traditional style of the apartment making it feel like a local experience.The primary suite featured western style beds while the second bedroom featured a traditional Japanese futon on the floor.

We enjoyed 4 nights in this well appointed apartment near the river and the Gion district. The owner, Suki, was very helpful with instructions on how to get to the apartment. She greeted us at the door and showed us the apartment, the roof top deck and the the shrines and temples close to the apartment. There were train lines a short walk from the apartment as well as buses. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable, shower and laundry facilities were great. There are many restaurants, shops and a delicious bakery just up the street. We were very surprised and happy that Suki offered do drive us to the train station, which was a very generous and unexpected gift. We would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Kyoto.

This property was beautiful. It was clean, in a perfect location (I was able to walk to many locations and it was close to transit), was very well equipped, and Sumi was a perfect host. I will definitely return to this property. Sumi provided a great deal of information about Kyoto and was quick to respond to any questions I had.
