We were in Toronto to move our daughter into Ryerson. Philip and Anthony’s apartment was the perfect launch pad! Perfectly appointed, the apartment was spotless and included considerate touches like coffee, milk, OJ and breakfast staples. Philip was there to greet us and provide a rundown of all the ins and outs. Thank you so much for a terrific stay!

This place is awesome. So much care has been given to renovating a Victorian house, tastefully putting it into the 21st century. A quiet neighborhood, within walking distance of downtown.
