I can't say enough good things about this property! My spouse and I, with our cats, had to move out of our house to prepare it for sale. We were under so much stress, but being able to stay at this lovely home, that has everything you could want, was just perfect. It's in a great location, close to Queen St. and a small grocery store, and the Beach. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are comfy, the home office set-up is great. I even had a room to do yoga in. Worth every penny.

My husband, 6 year old and I stayed at Valerie's home for a month and we really enjoyed the space and location. It is located very close to Woodbine Park and the beach, and it is also close to the Leslieville and Beaches neighborhoods, along with the Queen St streetcar. The house itself was a good fit for us, and we enjoyed the extra room bedroom to work or play in, along with the back deck bbq. The hot tub was drained for the summer. The beds were super comfortable and the showers were great. One thing to note, is there is not a door on the master bathroom, which wasn't a big deal for us- and there is another bathroom in the hallway. Valerie does control the thermostat with a schedule and she did work with us to get to a more comfortable temperature, as the upstairs does get quite a bit warmer than the downstairs. There was a tenant downstairs during our stay and while we could hear they were down there, they were very quiet overall. We worried more about our noise level while on the first floor. This was our first visit to Toronto and we all enjoyed getting to know the city and having Valerie's as our home base.

The location of the house is truly amazing for those who want to walk to the water and enjoy near by parks. The 4-bedroom house was large and extremely comfortable. Love the kitchen and the open area overlooking the in incredible backyard. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 week stay. It was the best!

We stayed here while our house was under renovations. The place is good with some minor issues. Floors and stairs are very squeaky, however not much can be done about this. Cole was a great host and did solve any other issues that came up quickly. He installed black out curtains in the bedroom and was always responsive when we reached out. Overall a good place for a temporary rental.

We so enjoyed our time in this terrific property! Great location... steps from the shops and TTC and the water.. which is so healing . Very grateful to David and Valerie for their lovely energy. The art, the vibe, the great bed! Thank you for all! Victoria and Kevin

Enjoyed a great weekend in this beautifully decorated, super clean, comfortable yet elegant home in the Beaches area. It was a perfect central location for our large family to meet from various places in Ontario and be able to stay together and hold a family reunion/celebration for our mother’s 75th birthday !! We certainly loved the back yard and deck, and the quiet neighbourhood and easy walk to shops, restaurants on Queen Street. The hosts were very friendly and most helpful....prompt communication, smooth check in and check out. A true Five Star experience! 😁👍

You can't beat the location, especially in the Summer. It is steps away from the lake. I stayed here for almost 3 months. Carlos is one of the best hosts I have encountered. He was quick to help me with anything I needed. I recommend.
