Cocoa Beach Vacation
We traveled to Cocoa Beach from Canada for the Christmas Holidays, the property owners went above and beyond to make sure the home was perfect. It was beautifully decorated, very clean and a wonderful neighborhood. Everything we needed was right at our fingers, we really enjoyed the outdoor living space and being close to the beach. Great stay!
The host was so responsive and the property is exactly as advertised. We wish we had more days to enjoy the house and backyard. Great location, quiet street, close to the beach and lots of activities. I would recommend this property to anyone going to the area.

Backyard Oasis and Nearby Beach
Vacation with our adult children and their partners. We enjoyed a relaxing vacation at the beach and in the beautiful backyard. We took a day trip to Orlando for Top Golf, outlet shopping and dining. Guys enjoyed golfing in nearby Melbourne, and charter fishing on the Banana River. As a group we had fun mini golfing, dining at Heidi’s listening to live jazz music and dining at the Cocoa beach Pier.

Family vaca to the beach.
The posting does not do this home justice. Absolutely loved our stay. It is completely stocked with everything you need from beach umbrellas to dish soap. In the listing they don’t even mention that they have a bbq on the pool deck and it’s a WEBER! The pool and hot tub are clean, warm and inviting. I had some questions for the owners and their replies were quick and very helpful! If you book here you will not be disappointed. Maybe a 5 minute walk to the beach with a couple nice restaurants close by. We had a great time! :)

A true gem!
We loved everything about our stay here! It was fully stocked, we were so close to the beach and we found plenty of yummy places to eat at nearby when we wanted to go out! We’re already planning a trip for next year!

Wendy grew up on Merritt Island and spent all her free time on the beach in Cocoa Beach. After she grew up and moved away, she and her husband Steve and their dear friends Kim and Bryan brought their 6 children to the area for many beach vacations, trips to Disney and the Port Canaveral with the opportunity to see some space launches. With the purchase of Casa al Mare, the two families have realized a dream of having a 2nd home that can be shared with our family, friends and VRBO family. Our home is a slice of heaven with the beautiful pool, hot tub and updated features in the home only a few blocks from the beach. There is a door alarm on each of the French doors which open up to the pool area, to alert adults that someone is walking out to the pool. Casa al Mare has boogie boards, noodles, several beach chairs, pool towels, a cooler, and a beach cart to get everything to the sand along with 4 beach bikes with a detachable trailer. We hope you enjoy Casa al Mare as much as we have!
