Wow, That was our first words when we walked into this VRBO. It look absolutely brand new. It was well appointed, the perfect size for the two of us (room bedroom and walk through closet - loved that!) and a spacious bathroom WITH toiletries left by the owners for us to use - truly a step above!The location absolutely could not be beat. I mean it was directly across the street from a grocery store - yes! And only two blocks to the CBD of Hamilton and the shopping district. The fact ‘Anytime Fitness’ was also walking distance was perfect for my partner.The property was clean, had everything we needed, and balcony with a seating area topped off our time there.Thank you,Robert

I have been staying at VRBO properties for 25 years and Jan is the kind of owner that I really appreciate. She has pride of ownership and a sincere desire to help make your stay as comfortable as possible. Her house was immaculate, with a well stocked pantry.The layout is ideal for 2 couples travelling together. A third bedroom offers even more room for extra guests. We made considerable use of the private garden for dining and relaxing. When you rent you have complete use of the upper floor. Two bedrooms and the living room overlook Jan’s front yard. The house is built into a hillside so when you step out at the rear of the house on the second level from the dining room, kitchen and master bedroom you are at “ground level”. The compete backyard area is fenced in and is all a private beautiful lush garden and deck. It has a dining area and sitting area complete with umbrella and chairs. Roughly 1200 square feet. I mention this unique layout because I did not realize how nice and functional it was when we booked. Definitely a big asset. It was a very central location for our group. Nice to be able to walk the park across the street. Very clean & provided all the necessities. Would absolutely stay here again.
