Holiday rentals near Kerala Arts & Crafts Village

We had a wonderful stay at the property which was fantastic. The property is lovely and the staff brilliant. Thank you to Meena and Jagath for their excellent hosting skills. Nothing was too much trouble. Nickel is a fantastic Chef who can prepare literally any meal you could care for to an excellent standard. The housekeeping ladies did an excellent job of keeping the rooms and property maintained and clean snd the gardener who kept the gardens beautiful. The pool was enormous and kept very clean by Jagath. A lot better than many European properties we have stayed at. All in all a great holiday and we will be back!

Flat was very spacious and in a very good location. Communication was great from the host and property was as advertised on listing. Will definitely be returning.

Angie was kind enough to come pick me up, show me around the area, and fill me in on all the good local dining and shopping. There was a tiny technical error with the reservation, but I was not disappointed with the end result. Clean spacious house with house cleaner, taxi, and tuk tuk services, and loads of places to eat. I highly recommend staying here

Quiet residential area, but yet close to small but good restaurants & quiet beach. Very attentive house keeper, with helpful family & contacts. Good local atmosphere. Walkable to "lighthouse beach" via beach path / road. Very well kept property with glorious terrace for evening drinks. Would highly recommend.!

Recently stayed with my family and parents. Felt home staying good, but needs lot of improvements. Pros: Rooms are spacious and good for family with kids. The caretaker helped us in getting food delivered. Thanks for airport pickup and drop. Cons: 1. Kitchen arent self sufficient for cooking. We thought of cooking but found no utensils except basic. 2. Water Purifier isn't working 3. Mosquito are quite in number. Due to rainy season we have to bear. 4. Bathroom and daily room cleaning arent consistent. We specifically asked to clean daily. 5. Towels and linen were not provided. We have to ask for everything at every time. 6. Accessibility to main road and google location for uber/ola pickup is a major challenge. Overall: The idea is great but need to have experienced keepers who can handle and provide everything for guests well ahead.
