Very homely flat in great lication, roomy and lovely for families, entrance area very small and difficult changing in and out of shoes,

The property was in a great location near to the beach, coastline and town, so ideal for walking. The property was well thought out, set up beautifully and equipped well, so well I cooked my Christmas dinner in the kitchenette. For a single, female traveller I felt safe and secure too, which is very important to me. Ros, the property manager went above and beyond with providing a small Christmas tree and the milk in the fridge on arrival is always appreciated. I would certainly recommend family, friends and work colleagues to this property and look forward to returning again when I can. Thank you so much.

The property is over 3 floors with the shower and cloakroom on the ground floor. The stairs between the floors are a little daunting being spiral with narrow treads, I would say definitely not suitable for the elderly and are more than a little precarious to navigate, that aside, this is a beautiful well appointed cottage and in a great location for shops, restaurants and dog walks.

Enjoyed a few days get-away with the family before daughters return back to uni. Ideal location to take advantage of quirky shops and large choice of beautiful cafes, ocean views and atmosphere that Swanage has to offer. The property was perfect size for our party of 6 and was well supplied with everything that we needed for our stay. Parking was a challenge, but once spaces were obtained due to great public transport to local beaches and walking distance to the town there was little need to use the cars. We just had 2 nights staying here and it was perfect for what we needed. It’s been recently refurbished to a good standard. It’s clear they are doing more work on it in some coming areas to polish it off but this was not an issue. The location was the best. No parking but we found space in the road next to the apartment and then outside. I would stay here again

Location, size of apartment, cleanliness and everything we could need for a perfect holiday. Plenty of room for 5 of us and the view is amazing 10/10
