Holiday rentals near Kirkham House

This accommodation is wonderful as always.

We had a lovely stay at Toad Hall despite the horrid wet weather.The cabin was as stated nice, clean and cosy. Roger the owner was excellent in communicating with any queries. Thank you also Roger for the lovely bottle of wine left as a welcome gift. Much appreciated. The only constructive advise which is nothing to do with the property or the owner, due to the weather it was a bit mucky had to be careful not to slip. Perhaps more chippings could be put down on the roadway/parking space. Though appreciate the approach is for other properties too! Would definitely return as found it very peaceful, accomadation excellent which is what we wanted.

We had an excellent stay in Catnip cottage. The property is beautifully presented and in a fantastic location, close to the beaches and foot ferry to Salcombe. The new village farm cafe is a great addition to the village and a short walk up the hill. We will definitely return

The property was beautifully built and designed with ample space for 4 people. Everything was perfect, fresh flowers on arrival, comfortable beds and plenty of hot water. It was also conveniently situated to the wedding venue we were attending, The Barn in South Milton so overall a great Choi and experience.

Absolutely amazing stay, Russell and as great with his communication and help….even on the morning we left he text to say would need to come in via a different road as the wind had cause havoc to the caravan park next door. The loft is absolutely perfect, right by the beach and beautiful walks.The kids loved it and so did we. Can’t wait to come back again

Well what can I say, from the well equipped and very clean property, to the lovely hosts and the tasty cream teas on our arrival, the stay was just perfect. Lovely and quiet and so near to Dartmouth, Kingsbridge etc, by car. Our dog Ash was made very welcome and he enjoyed his early morning/evening walks up the quiet lane and the fields. We will definitely be back next year and thank you again Margaret, Ron and Sue for the really lovely stay.

We had a lovely stay at Mary and Graham’s cottage, it was a real home from home. The weather wasn’t great but the cottage and its surroundings more than compensated for this. The cottage was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished and the fresh flowers placed throughout were a lovely touch. Thank you, too, Mary and Graham, for the welcome gifts, we enjoyed them very much. We hope to see you again next year. Rest assured, Mary and Graham have provided a lovely holiday home and future guests can look forward to a stay in a beautiful home in stunning surroundings. Sally and Chris - September 2023.
