Holiday rentals near Essec Business School

We recently stayed in this apartment for a few days, and let me tell you, it was exactly what we needed. First off, the location? Spot on. We were right in the heart of Paris, with the Louvre, the Palais Royal Gardens, and the Seine all within walking distance. Plus, there were plenty of cozy restaurants and shops nearby. Now, onto the apartment itself. It was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The sofa bed, which I wasn’t sure about, turned out to be surprisingly comfy — no complaints from my friend who used it. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly for us, and the kitchen had all the essentials we needed for a few home-cooked meals. Oh, and let’s talk about the check-in process. Super easy, with clear instructions and videos that made it a breeze.

We had a fantastic stay in this lovely apartment. It was walkable to so many of the sights and an easy walk to the Metro. It was furnished very well and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The hosts had great communication. I would absolutely stay here again.

Having 1st stayed here 10 years ago, and done shorter trips to Paris in between in hotels, we returned and regretted not coming back here instead sooner. There is room for two people to enjoy their stay and relax. The area is less frenetic than others and very well connected and central, clean and safe, with plenty nearby. From the moment you enter the building to when you sit on the balcony it is classy and what you hope for from a Parisian stay. Watch the Eiffel tower twinkle at night in the distance and plan your next vacances....

The apartment is in a lovely location, near lots of restaurants, bars, shops and the Metro. The apartment was beautiful, clean and spacious with comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. The owners were friendly and very helpful - we all enjoyed our stay.

Frederico contacted us and arranged to meet us at the apartment. He showed us around and sent us places to eat locally. The apartment was lovely, very french. The only problem was it was hot. They did supply fans though.

Enjoyed our “Olympic” stay very much.. Great area to be located in ..for everything. Metro 5 minute walk and well connected to get anywhere. Lovely well equipped flat and Paul was a great host All in all just what we wanted ..

The flat was very clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed for our short [4 day] trip to Paris. It had everything we needed when we wanted to eat or drink in, and it was a lovely added bonus to have butter, milk, coffee pods and even home made jam supplied. It was nice to sit outside in the courtyard for a pre dinner drink. There are a couple of lovely bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants all within an easy short walk. The area felt very safe and calm after the full on tourist experiences of Paris. It is well situated for metro and bus routes and a short trip into Paris centre or the train stations. I would stay there when/if I go back to Paris and recommend it to anyone looking to book for a short holiday in Paris.

After a last minute cancellation by another property, I’m so happy to have found this perfect little apartment. It was a great location, less than a mile from both the Louvre and Sainte-Chapelle, and right around the corner from great shopping (Louis Vuitton and Saint Laurent) as well as great little cafes. It was on an adorable street above a flower shop, that had the most beautiful flowers out every morning. And Louis was the absolute best host! He met us at the apartment to show us how things worked, gave us great recommendations for places to shop and eat, and even made us a reservation at a local restaurant where we tried escargot for the first time. The place itself didn’t look like you’d need a reservation, but 20 minutes after we showed up, it was packed, and the food was great! He checked in on us to make sure we were settled, and you can tell he really loves his job. Would absolutely recommend this place, and would stay there again!
