Beautiful house with the most amazing views of the lake. Comfortable and tastefully furnished, with access to all amenities. The owners live at the top of the garden and are on hand for any needs, at the same time you have privacy. Brunella was so helpful, communicating before we arrived and giving us important information. Later giving us tips on all the things to do in the area and where to eat. She could not have been kinder or more helpful. She even reserved a table for us at a local restaurant the first night we arrived, and provided us with coffee when we forgot to buy some and there was cake in the fridge for our breakfast! I really have nothing bad to say about this. Would have loved to stay longer.

Situated in a beautiful town on Lake Como around 10-15mins by car to Bellagio. The property is immaculately clean and very well equipped and the view is just amasing (looking at famous villas on the other side of the lake). The host Daniel was simply brilliant! He gave us lots of advice and local knowledge with information on where to park, places to eat and the local amenities (videos, pins on whatsapp so really easy). Nothing was too much trouble and also let us check in early and out late with 2 small children (and provided some toys for them too). Cot provided at no extra cost and this made it a perfect stay. All I can say is we will be back at some point! Hosts and Location like this are rare 10/10 for everything!

What a little gem my husband and I stumbled across. A delightful cottage, elevated with the most amazing views of the lake from kitchen, seating area, bedroom and even bathroom.Numerous seating areas outside, bedroom balcony, patio outside front of cottage, and a decent sized garden on lower level.A quiet location, which was great for us to get away from the hustle and bustle of sightseeing at the end of the day. A couple of good places to eat. Amble parking places for the car in the town. Hosts amazing, giving so much information, and setting up a WhatsApp once we arrived, in case we needed anything.Would recommend 100% to anyone wanting a quiet area with the most amazing views.

Lovely apartment, great location within Bellagio, only a short walk into town and to other beauty spots. Great accessibility, parking space and a securely gated. Very picturesque surroundings. Would definitely recommend this property.

We had a great time enjoying the breakfast and dinners on the terrace, while admiring the view. We liked the feeling of the house, which felt cozy and welcoming. We thank Manola for everything, including for the welcome gift.

A fabulous apartment to share with family and friends. Lovely garden and sun room with lots of seating options to enjoy the incredible views of the lake. Marco is an excellent host and was really accommodating. The little tunnel down to the beach was a great surprise and it was wonderful to have such easy access to lake swimming. A wonderful place to just relax or to explore Lake Como.

This is great accommodation for couples with stunning views of the lake. The property was clean and very well equipped, with loads of storage space. The car parking place is easy to access and the air conditioning was very welcome during an extremely hot week. Milena met us on arrival and was very helpful, providing plenty of information about the area and was in touch with us during the week. As we were staying in August the area was busy and the ferries were full at Sala Comacina. However, we found free car parking in nearby Lenno and there were plenty of ferries, always with space, to get us around the lake and reach many beautiful villas and gardens. This was our first visit to Lake Como and we weren't disappointed. The views from the property were absolutely stunning and there are many options across the property of beautiful places to sit to to enjoy the view. The gardens are beautiful with several levels but do be aware that this means there are many stone steps between the house and the pool area. We were a group of 5, including a set of grandparents and an able 3 year old. The stairs weren't a problem for us but might be for others with young children or less able party members. The pool is lovely as is the alfresco kitchen area with pizza oven and bbq. Overall we had a wonderful family holiday and would thoroughly recommend the property.
