Holiday rentals near Salute Waterbus

The apartment was perfect and had everything we needed and much, much more. It was close to shops, bars and St. Marks Square but it was lovely and quiet. Martin was so helpful - he ordered us a water taxi from the airport (the most amazing way to travel into Venice) and helped us with recommendations for restaurants etc. We had the most amazing time in Venice and will definitely stay here again when we return.

Our stay at Elisabetta’s flat was wonderful. It is well appointed with a lovely patio that was calm and peaceful on a summer evening. Elisabetta is an extremely attentive host who met us at the vaporetto station, walked us to the flat and showed us what we needed to know. But the best part was the location— close to both San Marco and Rialto but removed from the craziness of high tourist season. A lovely little neighborhood with cafe’s and restaurants. Would enthusiastically stay there again.

I travelled to Venice with my twin sister and three friends to celebrate our special birthday. Everything about our stay as fabulous. The apartment is very spacious and clean and has everything you need including free toiletries. There are lots of storage space in each of the bedrooms. The weather was very hot so the air conditioning was brilliant when we returned after a day of sightseeing. It is also in a brilliant location, so close to St, Marks Square. The booking and subsequent e-mails with Paola the owner were clear and full of information to make this process as easy as possible. We were to be met by Roseanne, Paola's friend, but I had a problem contacting her by phone to arrange an exact time to meet up at our destination. She was brilliant - because she did not hear from me she assumed there was a problem and she rang my husband back in the UK to sort things out. A big thank you Roseanne from all of us. Paola was lovely and made us feel very welcome . She also provided us with useful information on transport, local supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants. We all enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate in recommending the apartment to others or returning there again ourselves. We particularly enjoyed the view of the gondolas from the kitchen window and listening to the serenading from the gondoliers.

Very high quality and stylish throughout - and I know as I edit the UK’s leading architecture and Design magazine, Blueprint. Great position and excellent communications too. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will return!

This apartment caught my eye when I started to search for somewhere for a group of 6 of us to stay to celebrate my birthday. Once I had seen the main bedroom with the balcony and the views over the Guidecca canal, I stopped looking for anywhere else.The reality was even better than the description. The layout of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for a group and everything worked well. The apartment is a nice mix of traditional and modern - great walk-in shower and comfortable beds Giorgio was very helpful in dealing with our various arrival and departure times and helped me plan ahead by recommending restaurants for dinner. Even in early March they were busy so it was well worth it to book ahead. The location is very good, within easy reach of Vaparetto stops and the Alilaguna stop for direct airport access. There is plenty to see and do within walking distance, we probably could have managed without using public transport if I didn't have a bad knee ! I would love to come back to this wonderful apartment.
