Very clean, warm, spacious, well-appointed. Excellent bathroom. Always prompt response from owner. Would stay again.

This was our 2nd stay at the Annex. The property is immaculate with everything you could want for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The location is so peaceful but still very convenient for shops, lovely country pubs and exploring the Cotswolds. Would highly recommend.

Delightful little cottage at the end of a quiet lane. Comfortable, well equipped and tastefully furnished with everything we needed for our stay. Friendly, helpful host. Very pleasant walk into the village. We'll be back!

This beautiful cottage is immaculately presented with quality fittings and excellent taste. The photos do not show just how big it really is. Fantastic bathroom and lovely modern kitchen. The hosts have thought of absolutely everything, there's even bathrobes, a torch if you need to get up in the night, plastic food boxes for picnics, garlic press, egg whisk and rubber gloves. The welcome goodies of wine, freshly baked cake and eggs were especially appreciated. The sunny patio with its beautiful trellised plant trough was a delight to sit in when we returned from our excursions each day. There's a parasol if the sun gets too hot. The bed is huge and very comfortable and has plenty of electric sockets for hairdryer, fan etc. We loved the cosy cottagey feel to the lounge area and wood is provided if you want to have a fire in cooler weather. Lots of dvds, cds,books,information leaflets and playing cards to keep you entertained. The information book provided has everything you need to know about the cottage and the area. We found it very useful.We cannot fault a thing. We have already booked for next year. Thank you.

The property was exactly as charming and welcoming as advertised. It has everything we needed as a family of four. Easy access to groceries and dining without a car. What I hoped for in my head when I planned the trip is exactly what we received. Cannot recommend highly enough. Maggie was great to work with. She recommended the taxi service that took us from the train station, and she texted regularly to see if we needed anything. Well worth it if you'd like to visit Chipping Campden.

Beautiful place to stay - great location and had everything we needed. Lovely and clean and we were particularly chuffed with the eggs, bacon, milk, homemade bread and lemon cake! Vivienne was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
