What a wonderful villa, fully equipped to ensure a stress free stay. The location was perfect for us as we didn’t want to hire a car. There were ample restaurants to choose from during our week stay. All within easy walking distance of the villa.A fabulous stay and we hope to return soon.

We have been holidaying in Kefalonia for the past 10 years! This year we stayed in the fantastic Green Villa in Evreti, Wow Wow Wow! what a lovely villa and beautiful area it is. The villa is a lovely spacious home from home and oh my goodness what a view to take in whilst relaxing on the terrace and in the pool. We have never stayed anywhere more peaceful. Communication with Dimitra, the owner, was very easy and always prompt. We also had the pleasure of having the very helpful Nataly and Manos on hand to assist with any issues or information we required along with providing the housekeeping service. All in all just a wonderful stay.

We had an amazing stay at Spyros Villa in Kefalonia! My boyfriend and I, along with my best friend and her boyfriend, all stayed together, and the villa was perfect for our group. The place was lovely and spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. The outdoor space was incredible, with so much room to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The large pool was a definite highlight, perfect for cooling off and spending lazy afternoons by the water. The villa is set in a peaceful and quiet location, just 15 minutes from both Fiskardo and Assos, making it the perfect location up north. We wouldn’t change a thing and will definitely be back next year! Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Garden Villas. Our hosts were very welcoming and couldn’t be more helpful. Villa was clean and well equipped - towels and bedding changed frequently during our stay, bins emptied daily. Fabulous views from the balconies. Quiet location but only a few minutes to the harbour with a choice of bars and restaurants. Agia Effimia is a great location for getting around the island and isn’t too busy. We couldn’t fault anything and wished we could have stayed longer. Am sure we will return.

This is our 2nd visit to this beautiful villa, so comfy & spotlessly clean, Penny as always is so welcoming and has a wealth of knowledge to share about Kefalonia. The villa is an Excellent base for travelling around Kefalonia with its breath-taking views, it’s within easy reach to so many beautiful locations like, Fiskardo, Assos, Argostoli, Sami, etc. A big thank you to Dionsyia for creating the perfect holiday sanctuary, we will be back! My friends and I have been having villa holidays for 20 years in different places, but I can honestly say that this is one of the best! The villa is very well equipped, sparkling clean and very comfortable. It looks out to the sea and the sunsets are indeed the most memorable part of the day. We didn't intend to hire a car but the walk into Megganos for shopping was too much, in the heat, for the oldest member of our group, so we got one for a few days to visit Fiscardo. We could walk to the taverna at Alaties beach, but got a taxi back. We did walk both ways to Jerusalem beach, but the taverna there is not open in the evenings - delicious lunches though! Alltogether, a memorable holiday. Thank you.

We had a fantastic week staying at this beautifully located villa. The view is stunning and the villa and pool are lovely too! The villa is about 15 minutes from Fiskado for restaurants and supermarkets and there are a variety of beaches within easy reach too. The property owner and cleaner and pool man are very friendly and helpful and quite obviously want their guests to enjoy their stay. We would definitely like to return to this gorgeous accommodation! 😊

So happy with our villa stay in Antipata. A beautiful and comfortable house in an amazing garden, five minutes by car from Fiskado (though you could walk it in about half an hour) and a twenty minute walk from Dafnoudi beach where we had several early morning swims. The village itself has a small shop and two tavernas so suited us perfectly. Remote and connected at the same time. The whole process was smooth and any queries cheerfully and speedily dealt with. Would definitely recommend.
