Balcon del Mar rentals with pool

We loved the villa when we saw it online, and staying there was even better. The management team has been very helpful and responsive throughout. The only small thing to improve is that they don’t accept American Express yet.

My stay at the property was wonderful. The host was extremely pleasant and accomodating, the facilities were perfect and I would definitely recommend staying here. There was a supermarket just a few minutes from the property, the pool was a great size and in direct sunlight for most of the day, and the outdoor lounge area is a great size. The host provided plenty of towels, tea and coffee facilities, a d the room was extremely clean and a comfortable temperature. I can't recommend this place enough, thankyou again for having me!

Stayed in this area many times but this was definitely the best villa we've had. Everything you need is there including a fantastic view.

Absolutely fantastic villa , had everything you could possibly need ,Beautiful views , lovely pool , perfect place to come back too after a day at the beach or sightseeing. A car is definitely needed but there are a few eating places within walking distance and a local supermarket “ wimark” Javea a twenty min drive was worth visiting ….the port end was especially lovely and we recommend booking a meal at Attico there…..they have a three course set meal which they change weekly , the food they serve is superb and it was then 22 euros per head which we just couldn’t believe for the standard of food and service and the views from their restaurant are pretty amazing . All in all I highly recommend this lovely villa in a stunning location .

The property and the owners were absolutely wonderful. We could not have wished for better hosts or indeed a better property. We would thoroughly recommend and we will return to this fabulous Javea retreat. A real home from home!

Lovely Spanish style villa, great pool and a perfect location for Javea and surroundings areas.

Having stayed in the moraira area many times over the years, this is one of the best villas out there. Great indoor space with a massive kitchen. Fabtastic outdoor space with large lawn, nice pool and covered area to get out of the sun when required....and an outside toilet! Its a short, but steep walk down to the beach, and a managable walk into moraira along the coast. Ian was a fantastic host, who replied promptly to all enquiries.
