Briarwood rentals with pool

The property is everything we hoped it would be. The outside space is amazing with beautiful views over the lake to watch the sun come up on a morning.The property has everytjing you could want and we all really enjoyed out stay.Thanks Bob and Gina

Had a wonderful stay, our 4th time on Briarwood and without doubt this was the best Villa yet. Good communications with Marek. The unit is well equipped with a lovely interior. Pool is great for all ages & the location is perfect for exploring all of Naples.

We had a great holiday. House was just as described and had everything we needed for our stay. It was a real home from home and I was sad to leave.

No need to look any further if you want to visit Naples. This house has everything you would want. Faultless. We have stayed at a number of houses at Briarwood which is fabulous (we wouldn't stay anywhere else) and this is the stand out, no question. Doris is fantastic. Comms excellent, popped over to introduce herself. Such a nice touch. House has a nice contemporary feel to it. All new appliances. Lovely touches around the house too. Feels like a home. not a rental. It's in a classy part of Briarwood too. Thank you Doris for a wonderful stay, we will be back.

Lovely house we felt at home immediately. This was the best equipped rental we've ever had.Beds were so comfortable .William was a great host and communication with him was easy and informative We would all love to comeback again

We have stayed in a number of Briarwood properties. This one was pretty good, although the oven was dirty and some of the kitchen utensils were rusty. It would be helpful if the porch light worked as it is difficult to see the entry code at night. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

We spent two weeks at Briarwood Blvd over Christmas and had a great stay. The property itself is exactly as described/pictured, the views out over the lake are lovely and the pool/spa combo was perfect. The location is also super convenient - we were no more than ten minutes from anywhere in Naples. Finally, Paul was an excellent host and really went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay. We wouldn't hesitate to re-book.

Had a great week property was well suited to our family needs . Derek was very responsive and a well prepared owner. Rental went very smoothly.
