BRIARWOOD is very close to Olde Naples, offers desirable amenities such as 2 resort-style pools, Tennis, Volleyball, Basketball and Soccer making it a sought after place to live for families and vacationers.
Vacation rental is close to Old Naples Fifth Avenue, Mercato or Waterside Designer shops, Golf courses and only 30 min from RSW International Airport.
House is newly furnished. Offers 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, heated pool, spacious living area and wet bar and many more.
The spacious master suite has pool views, 2nd bedroom has queen bed and also faces pool , 3rd bedroom- king bed, 4th bedroom- 2 queens beds. Sleeps 10 people

P.S the garbage disposal switch is under top cabinet first on your right from the sink
