This was one of the most amazing group stays I’ve ever had. Jose was the most gracious host, checking in ahead of the trip and really going ahead and beyond to make our stay fabulous. The views and sunrises are stunning, there’s a range of activities to do including tennis and hiking, there are two pools. Two! My friends and I loved it and can’t wait to go back!

We have just returned from a lovely stay at this villa and would highly recommend it if you want to get away from it all and relax. It is very well equipped with everything you need in terms of kitchen and pool side equipment. It is very modern inside with a/c in 2 bedrooms and large bathroom. The pool is amazing (very deep across the whole pool) but gated if you have small children. Living accommodation is all on 1 level with a balcony outside so perfect for evening meals. It is essential to have a car as the village is a 30 min walk away along the road where there aren’t always pavements. The village has a small shop, bakery and 2 bars as well as pharmacy with large supermarkets about a 12 min drive. There is a golf course a 20 min walk away (up a very steep hill!) which will have a restaurant soon. Loads of great beaches around a 25min drive away. We went in late May and the area is more of a Spanish than English place to holiday therefore not everything is open everyday (more likely Thursday to Sunday for some restaurants) so check Google maps for opening hours. It also means people generally speak limited English, so a few basics are useful. Valencia is an easy train ride from Alzira, which has a car park at the station (although quite full on weekdays) and a fabulous city. It was about €25 for 4 of us by train. Only negative I can think of is the mosquitoes! Which are vicious in the early evening, but that’s the same everywhere 😀 The hosts are very helpful and respond very quickly to any issues (WiFi password on arrival was incorrect, but we were soon sorted). Overall a brilliant holiday and a highly recommended villa.

I had great communication with the property owner from beginning to end. Throughly enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was well equipped. Very nice remodeled bath. Just steps to the beach. Perfect for large families. I would rent this property again.

This flat was perfect for long stay, had everything we need there, had quality sleep at night (what is important for us). The owner was lovely and helpful. Perfect location, for local pubs, restorants and shops.

Lo pasamos fenomenal Paloma y yo en el apartamento. Hay de todo. La duena Carmen es muy acogedora, simpática y amable. Cuando llegamos nos recibió. Hay una buena vista del mar desde la terraza. La playa es superlimpísima y solo está unos pasos. Tenemos muchas ganas de volver pronto a este apartamento tan bonito. El mejor restaurante que encontramos era El Landru, Avda. Sant Roc, 16 46419 Sueca Gracias Carmen. Paloma y Peter. Paloma and I really enjoyed our stay at the apartment in Les Palmeres. It is very well equipped. The owner Carmen is very welcoming, friendly and kind. She met us with a warm welcome when we arrived. The apartment is very homely and comfortable. There is a great view of the sea from the balcony. The beach is spotlessly clean and is only a few short steps away. We are looking forward to returning soon to this lovely apartment We found the best restaurant to be the El Landru.
