How to move

Communications by bus from the area to Valencia and by train from Sueca to Valencia or vice versa. Cab.
From Valencia with your own vehicle you can access by road from Saler (also called Nazaret-Oliva) until you reach the roundabout (boat) of Les Palmeres and once there you access the apartment.
It is always better to have a vehicle, so as not to depend on bad public service.
You will be informed of the possible transportation times, both by train and by bus. In addition to the access from the airport or train station to Valencia and then to the apartment (beach).

Other highlights

Facilities for the disabled, it is recommended to take a car.
It will be paid, the consumption of electricity apart in COLD SEASON when the heaters are necessary, and it will only be consumed.

House's rules
No pets, no smokers. The housing and especially the neighborhood will be respected as if they were their own, without annoying noises or scandals after 23 h. the night rest will be respected. The garbage will be removed and deposited in the public container.
The house will be returned in the same condition as it was delivered.
No more people will stay overnight than the contracted ones, in their case they will be penalized for twice the price per night.

Every two guests will occupy a room. In the case of occupying an individual room, € 30 more will be paid as a cleaning expense.

I expect honesty and trust from the guests as reciprocity to mine.
