Very clean and comfortable property co-located in the grounds of the Ardler Tavern. Ideally located for our needs. Hosts Alan and Claire together with their staff at the Ardler Tavern were very friendly and helpful. The food and service at the Adler Tavern was excellent. Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely time staying here. The cottage was immaculate, warm and comfortable. The shower was powerful and hot, the sofa comfortable as was the bed. It’s not often we’ve had all those boxes ticked in one property. The garden to the back was large and very pretty but we didn’t sit in it due to the time of year and we were out and about a lot. However, in better weather it would definitely be a bonus.There is lots to see around the area and you’re perfectly situated to do this here.Jacqueline was very nice and made herself available if needed but very discreet if not.We would highly recommend this property and would happily return.

This is a beautifully decorated cottage, equipped with everything you could ask for.Tastefully decorated throughout and very cosy and comfortable. Well worth a visit

We have just had the most relaxing week in this beautiful cottage where all you can hear is the sound of the waves breaking on the rocks outside the windows. The views are stunning and the whole coastline is a delight to explore. The cottage is spotless, warm, comfortable and extremely well equipped. Thank you so much Charlotte for sharing this little bit of heaven with us!

Comfortable and well equipped accommodation. Very thoughtful bonuses regarding snacks and even some board games.

Had a lovely weekend staying at Birnie Cottage. Aileen was great at giving information prior to our arrival and gave us a lovely welcome with scones, butter and jam. The cottage had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The garden is beautiful and we were lucky enough to be able to sit out 2 evenings enjoying the sun and the garden. The cottage is in a peaceful location and had the benefit of woods behind it that we could walk our dogs. Although the garden is enclosed it isn't fully secure so we were careful with the dogs in the garden but they still enjoyed it. The cottage was a great base for exploring perthshire and Angus so we enjoyed great days out exploring.
