Holiday rentals near State Theater

We had a great time at this house. Very clean, all the appliances you could want. The views of LA are fantastic. It is literally 5 minutes drive from Universal Studios Hollywood. Kelly, the host, was lovely. I can definitely recommend staying here.

A perfect 4 day stay in Alhambra. From the initial communication with Juan to checking out the whole stay was a delight. Everything you could need for a short retreat - the garden/small outside space was great. Everything was spotless and clean - felt home from home. thank you and if you have a hire car a perfect base to explore all LA has to offer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Redondo beach is paradise and this apartment can't be faulted in any way. Perfect accomodation, perfect location.The property hosts could not have been more helpful. They met us at the accommodation after midnight (due to a very delayed flight from the UK) to show us round. They stayed in touch with us offering help and advice if need. Exactly what we hoping for. Perfect little place in a quiet and safe location, easy parking and access. Pool and hot tub luxuriously perfect. We loved it from start to finish and hope to return again. Thanks Steven and Cooper for your friendly hospitality

My Wife and I enjoyed a fantastic week in this gem of a property recently. Stephen couldn’t have done more to make our stay perfect, from information on local points of interest, to specific details of the areas links to the musical industry that my Wife loved. As others have said the lodge is quirky, but full of character. So close to the city but in the middle of the countryside. No sink downstairs was less of a problem than anticipated, the lack of drapes or blinds a little more so but by no means off putting. A lovely spot that we will hopefully return to in the future. Thank you Stephen for a lovely stay.

Ideal apartment for a couple looking for a short to medium stay close to LA. We stayed for 9 nights. A nice quiet location far enough away from the noise and traffic of downtown but close enough to visit the sites. Easy access to the property with underground parking a bonus. Would definately recommend to friends and family. Just a shame about the June gloom but very nice when the sun did come out.

This house is stunning it is in a lovely neighbourhood with easy access to most things, the house itself is amazing with everything you could ever want or need plus more. We were a family of 6 with a mixture of ages and everybody loved it I would highly recommend if you are looking to get away from the noise and downtown.

We enjoyed a great holiday staying in this superb villa. It is in a really good location with excellent views from the rear of the property. The villa was clean and well presented and communication with the helpful host was easy and reliable. We were very sorry to leave and would definitely stay there again if we had the opportunity. Highly recommended!
