Holiday rentals near Shell Factory and Nature Park

The property was as expected - beautiful. Lovely pool, lovely BBQ! lovely owners who provided a lovely welcome gift and was in contact in regards to what we needed to do and tips on how to enjoy the property. The waterside is lovely and its true that turtles love the bread! Evenings by the pool and in the hot tub were lovely. close to great stores and not as hectic as Orlando or Tampa in regards to tourists so you get a real feel of Florida. If there was one thing i would change, would be the duration - Longer would have been fantastic. 5 stars. I will be back

We chose this property because it had a boat dock with Gulf access. Great property, with nice pool and plenty of space. We enjoyed the barbecue and boat trips. First time in Cape Coral but will return.

Cleo and Bucky’s cosy studio cottage is in easy walking distance of the buzzing downtown for dinner and a block from Publix if you’re self- catering. We also walked to the EdisonFord Estate for a unique historical viewpoint. The cottage has everything you’d need and the secluded back yard was perfect for a shady breakfast.

Lovely house. Very well equipped Welcome basket of goods an excellent idea. We very much enjoyed our time in this fabulous home.

We really appreciated the level of comfort and the quality of furnishing; the pool and spa were perfect; and the view from the pool and dock area was spectacular. Communication from the owners prior to our stay was friendly, responsive and helpful; was the local representative was also very friendly and helpful. Delighted to report that the pictures and descriptions were all very accurate; and the home was very comfortable and well-equipped. This is definitely not simply "a "rental property" - it is someone's home from home, and we were delighted to call it "ours" for a short time (whilst still recognising we were only guests). Overall, we were really pleased with our choice: thanks Carol & Tom for accommodating us!
