Holiday rentals near Indigo's Billiards

The property was as described and shown on the website, it was really clean with plenty of space. The outside over looked the golf course which was great entertainment when the golfers messed up there shots.Communication with Kazan was fab and she even supported a slightly later check out due to a later flight time. She shared details of the check in/out process in good time before our arrival and everything was simple and straight forward. You didn’t need to think about anything other than food and drinks. The villa would easily work for multiple couples or two families with children as the bedrooms are either side of the villa. There was plenty of towels for showers and pool use too. Our only suggestion would be to consider replacing the mattress in the master bedroom as this felt very soft (I personally like a firmer mattress) and we often rolled into the middle, after a few days we got used to it so wasn’t a deal breaker and wouldn’t put me off from staying. Great location to access all the theme parks. Spacious house in a well maintained gated community. Great that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Pool area good for kids and adults loved the hot tub.

We were only here for a week, but had no complaints, it's a lovely, quiet, secure location with a pleasant outlook, yet you could still walk to a Walmart. There's a lot of nice, little touches about the place too, things the owner feels would be handy, just like packs of tissues, sun lotion etc. Well, just one issue, we played on the golf course that the villa overlooks and boy, there are a lot of bunkers 😂😂

We recently stayed here for three weeks, and this home was lovely and had everything our family needed to enjoy a wonderful holiday. The hosts are really easy to communicate with. Check in and check out was simple. The house was immaculate, beds were comfortable (no achy necks or backs), private, secure, and in a safe gated community. The kitchen was fully equipped, even with a kettle (needed for British cups of tea), the pool table in the games room enabled healthy family competition and family time together. We really enjoyed the pool. For future guests driving to Disney and parks, the I4 has become a bit of a car park (parking lot) so it does take much longer to get to Disney then it should, but this has nothing to do the with house. We've stayed in Haines City pre Covid and the traffic was definitely less back then. I can't stress enough, this is nothing to do with the house, just the general increase in traffic. If you are looking for a lovely house, with all you could require for a perfect holiday then this is the house.

The house was larger than expected. Great facilities and well stocked. The pool was warm and clean. Veronica was very responsive. The resort was an added bonus and great location for all the attractions. Good local shops and restaurants, and food delivery services. We would certainly go there again and have no hesitation recommending it to friends. Fantastic holiday with lovely memories.

Great hosts and perfect location close to the park and lake. Peaceful neighbourhood and all amenities. Will definitely be back!
