We had both houses for a total of 20 bedrooms and 20 bathrooms. Both house interiors were clean and "comfortably worn". Perfect for our needs. Having two private pools and the waterpark was awesome. We needed to contact maintenance to attend to some minor issues and their response times were fantastic. I would do this again.

Roaches in home and some furniture needed replaced, didn’t have any large pots and pans to cook with grill was hard to get and that price should already be included some family left early due to roaches and the patio set at Lasso’s drive 311 had a lot of ants on it

Sorry to hear about the issues. I spoke with our onsite property manager, I was told that roaches are let in from front door that left open, those garden roaches are common despite monthly pest treatment. Grills of various sizes are provided by a 3rd party vendor arranged by our onsite property manager as indicated on check in instruction.

Great property right next to the waterpark. I wish with the price that the grill would be included, there would be more than one roll of toilet paper, staff soap, and paper towels. Other than that, it was a great time and great trip. The host was always available to communicate, and we will definitely be back.

Wow, these homes are large! There is ample space for large groups. Not only are the shared living spaces jumbo, including the largest dining room table I've ever seen, each individual bedroom is massive. We had our annual company outing in the homes and it couldn't have been a better venue. Each bedroom having its OWN separate bathroom was a huge bonus as well. The process of getting pool passes for the main pool at Encore and a key to access the gym/tennis court was seamless. We had a blast at the main pool and pool bar, which is only a 5-minute walk from the homes. I read conflicting reviews on the pool heat, but I'm very glad we decided to pay to heat the pool and hot tub! It was the perfect temperature. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone that has a large group!

Perfect family reunion for 34 of us!

34 of us stayed for a week. Great location- easy to from airport. Lots to do on the resort property, wonderful restaurants on premises two houses each with pool and spa. Great water park on premises and a large beach volleyball area. Would highly recommend

Overall the amount of space was perfect for my family. The main issue was the roaches. Every other problem such as the A/c and hot water was fixed asap. Do not pay for the pool to get heated in November because it’s not going to work.the water park is also not heated but was fun for everyone. I would stay here again but only for the convenience of the space.

Thanks for your feedback. Just wanted to clarify the pool heater only runs when water temp drops below 85F. Roaches are garden roach that lives in lawn here and moves in from outdoor despite regular pest control. However, those roaches are harmless even though they look scary.
