Solta villas

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this amazing villa and can’t wait to return again. Šolta is a lovely, quiet island compared to the busier, more touristy ones. The villa is absolutely perfect for a family holiday with 4 en-suite bedrooms, a large pool and great bbq. The two cars included are also a huge benefit. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and Miranda is the perfect host.

The villa was exactly what we needed for a holiday with 2 families. It was exceptionally clean throughout and incredibly well equipped. The host was welcoming and helpful throughout. Would highly recommend and we're already planning our next stay!

The property was exactly as described, although to be honest it looks better still than the pictures. Everything worked. The house is very comfortable indeed. The pool is great. The view is amazing! Danijel and Patricia met us at the ferry and could not have been more welcoming and helpful. It was a great holiday.

The pictures don’t do this Villa justice. It’s a nicely designed, spacious well equipped, property, in a lovely location with fantastic views, The aspect that made it special for us was the host Katarina. We were delayed so came on the late ferry. She met us at the dock and took us to the villa, via the supermarket. When we got to the villa after showing us around had a welcome beer in the fridge. She kept in contact with local recommendations through out the week and was a total delight to deal with. Stormoska is a nice small harbour village with a shop, bakers , fruit shop and a nice selection of restaurants to suit every taste. We shopped locally with fresh bread and fruit and ate out most nights at Restaurant Turanj, which is on the opposite side of the harbour and about 15 min walk. The sea front is rocky with platforms cut into the rock and steps into the sea plus a few small beaches close by (15mins walk) It’s a very clean sea and refreshing to swim and snorkel, however It’s a bit of a climb back to the villa so you need to bare that in mind. If I could give a tip….We hired a car at the airport and did about 100km, so it wasn’t neccassarybor cost effective. We discovered that there’s a taxi service from the airport to anywhere in Solta and we would defiantly do that next time and either taxi, bus or boat hire while we’re were staying. We do plan to return as the area, and the people are a delight .

We stayed at villa Ivana from 27th May - 1st June as 3 couples aged 25-35. The villa exceeded our expectations with it being exceptionally clean, no expense spared and gorgeous views. Tonci’s communication (the owner) before and during was superb and welcoming. Mia the house manager was fantastic at looking after us and making sure we felt settled and everything was ok (even coming out late when we had an issue with the air con which was resolved while we were ‘living the life’ in the jacuzzi). The beds were extremely comfortable and there are lots of mod cons inc an ice machine! We finished off the holiday, with drink watching the sunset at maslinica. We managed to check out a few things on the island that came recommended in the welcome pack our favourite being the bee presentation, you wouldn’t bee-lieve it, it gave us a buzz! The island is lovely and peaceful- not party central but Split is easily reached via ferry. The villa is situated about 20m up a very steep hill. We would highly recommend this villa and location do not hesitate to book!!
