The property is huge and easily accommodated our party with plenty of room to spare. The facilities are also top class with plenty to keep us entertained. The only negatives being that audio facilities are not provided and cooling in the games/gym area is fan only so became very warm. The location is great with a 10 minute walk to Marsaxlokk and access to public transport. A single parking space is also provided with additional on-street parking available. The location was peaceful, however, it should be noted that the adjoining property is still under construction so we did not have any neighbours during our stay.Overall, we were very impressed and the villa made for a nice relaxing base during our stay in Malta.
Our family holiday to celebrate our daughter getting married was wonderful from start to finish! When we arrived it was even more amazing than I imagined! Everyone was blown away by the villa, view, pool, bedrooms, 3 games rooms and of course Spa. We were in a great location for walking to shops, restaurants etc..We hired a private catering company to come to the villa and do a rehearsal dinner for our daughter getting married. Both families stayed on the bride and grooms side and there was more than enough space to not being ontop of each other. The manager was friendly. Maybe a quicker response with help booking catering and a yatch would have been helpful as we didn't get a response so we did it ourselves. Also there was a tiny mirror in the bedroom by the pool which was too small to do make up or use, so a bigger one would be great and the cupboards didn't have long hanging space in any room for long dresses. Maybe some hooks for dressing gowns would make it even more perfect. It definitely was a magical experience and we would have loved to stay more than a week as it flew by.Thank you
It took me a long time to find somewhere to stay in Malta as I wanted a character house- and this was ideal. It was very spacious and filled with the charm I was after. It was on a lovely square in Medina with an excellent icecream shop opposite.
This is clearly a historic property so a couple of the rooms were a bit rough and ready- but my sons loved the little pool and the bedroom at the top of a spiral staircase. The owner was extremely responsive and it was a pleasant surprise to arrive to fresh bread, milk, fruit and cold beer in the fridge!
Great house, with some great lovely touches. Space was amazing for us to spend time together with friends and family. Only negative comment would be cooking facilities were limited if you did have full house, ok for breakfast/lunch but a full dinner may be a struggle with hob and a microwave. Overall we had a super break in such an ideal location! Thank you
This is a large property, ideal for multi-group stays. It has a large clean pool and plenty of outdoor space. It is close to the centre of things, near a supermarket and easy to get around the island.
There were thoughtful touches such as dishwasher tables etc provided. Our hosts were very attentive and helped us find the best short trips to Gozo, a Maltese dining experience and markets/fishing villages.
St Julian's seems to be an ideal location for nightlife, but we used it as a base for relaxing and exploring. We were lucky to be ahead of the busy tourist season. Taxis and food deliveries are easy to get and reliable.
To be honest its the pool that sells this property. Great for all kids and adults ( water was little cold for late October) but fantastic views and good location - short walk from all the restaurants and shops.
Rooms are big, and as expected from the photos. Main bathroom was nice with a decent shower!
Check in and out was easy and the owners were helpful and pleasant. Property was clean and overall a smooth and easy stay
I actually choose that place because eof the view. We had amazing stay. The property it's super clean and very spacious. We rented the entire place that consist of 2 flats. Everything was perfect. A lovely pool area and plenty of sunbeds, chairs for everyone. We stayed there for a family function. Absolutely loved it. We didn't want to leave. Owners were very helpful with everything. If I ever have a chance would love to go back.
Thank you for everything.
Beautifully yet homely house set in remarkably peaceful and extensive gardens - it feels a real privilege to spend some time here. Imqabba is a small town but the local Maltese people made us welcome and it provides bread and provisions enough to make most forms of catering simple without long treks out for shopping. If you are fortunate to be there for festa times the levels of decoration, fireworks and universal involvement are uplifting and fascinating particularly if you have a relish for silver bands...
Margaret the owner is easy to work with and Robert the local contact is also extremely helpful. Our family all had time to relax and talk and still see much of what malta has to offer.
