Our apartment comprises: 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and 1 toilet, a modern and bright living room with two balconies and a modern kitchen, a private rooftop solarium with magnificent views, fully equipped (table, chairs, sun loungers and barbecue), hot/cold air conditioning, a Smart TV with satellite channels, and 100 Mbps WI-FI.

The apartment is located in a quiet area, just steps from some of Mallorca's most beautiful beaches (Es Trenc, Es Dolç, Es Carbó), the marina of Colònia de Sant Jordi (where boats depart for the Cabrera National Park), bars, restaurants, supermarkets, a health center, the Cabrera National Park Visitor Center, an equestrian center, a municipal swimming pool, tennis courts, a gym, and a church.
