"Villa with pool close to Es trenc beach."

The location of Bugan.Villa Es Trenc is fantastic, 2km from the town and 10 minutes from the famous white sand beaches in the south of the island of Mallorca.


· The Villa is approximately 80 square meters and is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden of about 1000 square meters, surrounded by nature, a green garden with palm trees, native plants and bougainvilleas.

· There is a barbecue (bbq) in the garden.

·Private pool. Approximately 1.20 meters deep. We have a special security fenced for child safety around the pool area.

· 4 Hammocks with beach towels and 2 straw Mediterranean umbrellas.

· Luxury chalets area

· Asphalt road, in the upper area of ​​Colonia Sant Jordi.

· Parking for the car in front of the house.
