DETAILED DESCRIPTION:
Sea Oats 512 is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath corner unit with magnificent views of both the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound. Living and Dining areas are adjoined with plenty of space for everyone. 3 bedrooms offer sleeping for up to 6 persons. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware, dishes, and flatware you will need during your stay. There is a private washer and dryer inside the condominium for your convenience. Two balconies offer views of Okaloosa Island and plenty of outdoor space to stretch out.

Great, inexpensive rental right on the beach. Gorgeous, fully stocked condo close to AJ’s restaurant! Perfect for our budget loving family. We definitely will stay here again!

Outstanding location and wonderful getaway

My family has stayed at the Sea Oats Resort twice and will be staying for our third time this upcoming summer. The location is conveniently located to everything you want in a beach vacation but Oakaloosa Islsnd is like a little hidden oasis away from the mainstream areas. We love this area and would recommend anyone looking in this area to consider Oakaloosa Island.

Nice Place

While you can't see the ocean really well (this condo is at the back side of the property) it is a good place to rent to go to the beach. The back bedrooms are small and the air conditioning in those bedroom isn't great, but overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Nice family vacation

We had a great time at the Sea Oats with our family for fall break. It was a pretty accurate description, however there were supposed to be two beds in one room and there was not. Everything else was fine, the room was clean and described just as the listing. The pool was very nice and beach was very close! We enjoyed our stay and would be open to coming back in the future.

Fantastic Fourth of July

The place was clean and smelled clean when we arrived. It was a great location to watch fireworks because the balconies face the mainland and the pier. The listing does not say the kitchen is stocked with all you need to cook, and there's a closet with games and puzzles! Bonus! We had seven staying there and it never felt cramped. The twin bed is actually a roll away cot. I would stay there again if the opportunity came again. Great location.

The resort has undergone a complete restoration project over the past year, with new paint, all new windows and sliding doors, walkways, and handrails. There is a new sofa and new drapes installed inside this condo, as well as new paint. Updates to furniture and appliances are made when possible and when necessary. We do not misrepresent the property in any way. The photos and description are completely accurate. In addition, we offer friendly customer service and we are available assist you 24-7 during your vacation. The arrival time of 4pm and departure time of 10 am are published in the ad's description, and this information is available to everyone prior to booking. We also send reminders of your check-in procedures prior to your trip so you can plan ahead. The resort amenities are available to you before 4pm, however, the condo itself will be available at 4pm. We appreciate every guest, and we are happy to offer great prices and last-minute booking discounts, as this guest received. In return, we do ask our guests to read the description carefully prior to booking the property, and to please not give us a negative review based on a check-in time that we disclosed in our advertisement. Family of 8 goes to the beach...

Excellent condo, location and although you can only see a bit of the ocean from the balcony it's just a short ride down the elevator and you're right there. We are a blended family with 8 of us total. We didn't feel crowded. Kids loved the waffle maker. Easy on us. We booked a snorkel trip. Sat on the beach and swam in the pool. Even relaxed in the indoor hot tub while it rained for a short bit. Would recommend to all families!

Wonderful condo! My family had a great week . Rooms were clean and right on the beach . Only negative was the elevator. My mom and kids got stuck as well as several other people we met and on the day we left it was broken and all our luggage and Ice chest had to be carried down 5 flights of stairs . It was still a great stay and I still gave an excellent rating bc the condo itself was wonderful and I know the elevator is most likely not in your control.

Pros: The location was great! The two balconies were really nice too. Spacious condo. Good ice maker. Good living room area. Large seating areas were great. Kitchen is large and was clean. Access to the beach was ideal. Cons: Master bed was uncomfortable and would be better if it were a King, because there’s plenty of room. Dishwasher makes a lot of unusual noises when it runs. Washing machine makes loud noises too. Dryer takes twice as long to dry clothes/towels. BUT they all worked. Master bath is outdated and there was significant mold on the shower curtain. The tennis court is not usable. Overall, I got what I paid for and I’d stay there again for the price I paid.

The unit was nice and kitchen exceptionally well stocked! We did have a cleanliness issue when we first arrived (it was something that would be easy to overlook). Resort manager got it remedied very quickly and the cleaning personnel was professional and courteous! THE WIFI WAS AWFUL! We called on that, too but could never get it working reliably or for much time. Don't bring a lot of homework along! I personally thought that the cleaning fee was excessive. It was listed in a range of $*** - $ **** for the week. We were charged the highest amount, possibly based on having 5 family members along. We left it as clean as if 2-3 people had stayed there. The beach was close and view of town area was nice. Personally, I did not find the living room furniture to be very comfortable but I guess that's personal. The unit was very roomy and comfortable overall...having 3 bedrooms is quite nice on vacation! The luggage carts were plentiful and held a lot. All in all, a very pleasant and relaxing place to spend a week!!! * Listing accuracy lost a star because of the poor internet wifi reliability.

Everything was fine except there was no Air condition in the elevators and it was way to hot in there. We were on the 5th floor so we went up and down the stairs most of the time. It was really inconvenient. The room was great though and right on the beach was great as well

Perfect for our size family

This condo worked out well for a family of four and grandparents. They had supplied it with items that they said they didn't have but it all worked out. Very clean. Communication was good on email. Everything worked.
