About this property

São José's cottage ideal for those looking for river and mountains

Quinta da Breia is located in the municipality of Arcos de Valdevez, a few kilometers from the towns of Ponte de Lima, Arcos de Valdevez and Ponte da Barca. In a region of mild summers, it benefits from the proximity of the mountain and the Peneda-Gerês National Park, from the rurality of the village of S. Paio de Jolda and the ease of access (access to the A3 or A26 to 3Km) that allow you to enjoy the wonderful beaches of the coast of Viana do Castelo.
Inside the walls of the farmhouse but totally independent is the House of St. Joseph with its private garden, swimming pool and entrance
The house has on its upper floor the living room with door to the outside, two bedrooms with two bathrooms and the kitchen and dining room with windows to the garden and access to the porch.
Downstairs one room gives access to the bedroom with full bathroom.
