Apartment with a view....

Very nice apartment, well equiped, quit new and luxury kitchen and bathroom. Panoramic view of the yachts and the bay of La Baule with stunning sunsets. Beach you can walk on for 2 hours with your feet in the bit chilly water (to La Baule if you like). Pornichet offers it all; markets, shops and not to forget beach restaurant Nina with it pleasant atmosphere and good service. For more shops please visit La Baule if you like. Nice to visit are Nantes, St Nazaire, Pornic and Croisic. If you are not in for the restaurant then the apartment is an excellent place to make it yourself comfortable with a good glas of wine or pastis. Regards, Pleun & Marianne, The Netherlands

Prima appartement in een geweldige omgeving

Ruim twee weken verbleven. Prachtig uitzicht over zee en de haven, eb en vloed. Veel restaurants in de buurt, alle winkels op loopafstand, evenals de markthal met vlees, vis en groente. Eens per week grote markt buiten de markthal, waarvoor hele straten worden afgezet. Gezellig op terrasjes om te zien :)

Accueil agréable de Vincent, Le parking inclus est indispensable. L'appartement est a l'identique de l'annonce. Propre, bien décoré et fonctionnel. Très belle vue mer. Un bémol sur le coté bruyant des voitures sur l'avenue, mais c'est juillet...........

Séjour agréable

Appartement conforme aux photos. Propre, bien équipé. Accueil sympathique. Seul bémol le bruit pourtant c'est la basse saison il n'y a pas beaucoup de monde mais l'isolation thermique et phonique est très mauvaise. La région est magnifique.

Très bon séjour

Logement d'une propreté irréprochable et parfaitement équipé ! Excellente situation, très belle vue ! Le revers de la médaille c'est le bruit de la circulation...MAIS les propriétaires n'y sont absolument pour rien et nous étions sur un grand weekend de forte affluence. Cet aspect est vite oublié par tous les aspects positifs du logement :-) Mention spéciale pour Vincent, la personne qui nous a accueilli, d'une grande gentillesse ! :-)

bel appartement mais trop bruyant et literie à changer d’urgence

Cet appartement est très bien situé, face à l’ocean Avec soleil couchant, proximité des commerces et le centre ville de Pornichet. Par contre il est impossible d’ouvrir les baies vitrées sans subir le bruit incessant des voitures qui passent juste en bas de l’appartement situé au 1er étage et même en fermant les fenêtres, l’isolation est tellement mauvaise que l’on subit toujours les nuisances sonores. Le matin nous étions réveillés très tôt et le soir il est difficile de s’endormir avec le bruit et la chaleur dans la toute petite chambre la fenêtre fermée. Quand au lit, le matelas et le sommier sont trop mous et cela forme une cuvette au milieu. Quand au canapé c’est pire, il est défoncé, mou et bruyant. Vraiment notre séjour à Pornichet ne nous a pas reposé, nous avions hâte de rentrer chez nous. Bien sûr nous ne reviendrons plus dans cet appartement.

Super vacances!!!

Bonjour, Nous avons adoré notre séjour malgré que nous ne soyons pas beaucoup sorties .Un appartement fonctionnel bien équipé aussi bien pour un couple que pour une petite famille. Rien ne manque. une magnifique vue du balcon, un calme olympique pendant la semaine entre noël et le nouvel an. C ' est ce que nous recherchions. Un super moment de repos, de détente et de convivialité. Sans oublier Vincent notre interlocuteur qui a répondu présent. Nous le recommandons et reviendrons car nous ne sommes qu' a 2 heures de route de routes. Vous remerciant Céline et Armelle

Bel appartement

Très belle location , très fonctionnel où on s'y sent comme chez soi. A proximité des commerces, du marché. Belles balades à faire (plage de sainte marguerite) Soleil après-midi et superbes couchers de soleil en prenant l'apéritif et dîner sur la terrasse. Nous y reviendrons mais hors saisons, à cause de la circulation incessante... Et les propriétaires n'y sont pour rien!!!!

Vacances géniales en bord de mer

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement en bord de mer. Nous étions un peu septique au moment de la réservation car les propriétaire ne font pas le paiement en ligne mais nous avons pris la décision de réserver directement avec les propriétaires. Et nous avons pas été déçu du tout. Tout ce qu'il y a de plus raisonnable. Appartement très chaleureux avec tout l'équipement nécessaire et surtout très propre ! Le petit plus les animaux sont admis ce qui été primordiale pour moi. N'hésitez surtout pas je vous recommande grandement. Camille Marchand

Très bien

Appartement moderne et fonctionnel, avec vue sur de beaux couchés de soleil. L'équipement en électro-ménager est de très bonne qualité. Les commerces et la plage sont à deux pas. A part pour visiter la région, la voiture peut rester au parking (celui-ci très pratique). Seul petit bémol, du bruit dû à la circulation sur le remblai mais ça les propriétaires ne sont pas responsables. (c'est le problème d'une grande majorité des logements direct sur le remblai). Une adresse que je garde.

plus que que parfait

super séjour à PORNICHET, tout y était , beau temps, superbe location,tout à portée de main, commerces, balades,plage, je tiens à féliciter MME BEDUNEAU,pour la déco et confort de son appartement, seul petit bémol pour dire quelque chose store ban assez dur à remonter. je recommande cet appartement et y reviendrait avec plaisir.

Vacances inoubliables

Ma famille et moi avons eu le plaisir de passer nos vacances dans un charmant appartement répondant à tous les critères de propreté, de modernité, d'emplacement (face à la mer) très agréable et lumineux. Tout le nécessaire était disponible. Si l'occasion nous est donnée nous n'hésiterons pas à renouveler notre demande pour les prochaines vacances. Même l'accueil sur place était agréable. Absolument parfait !!

Nous sommes resté une semaine et tout était parfait. L'appartement est bien situé (une vraie vitrine ouverte sur la mer). Très fonctionnel et rien ne manque. J'aurais souhaité le wifi gratuit mais à part ça c'est le top !! Dommage que ce soit si loin de Lyon sinon nous y retournerions plus souvent. Mme et Mr Rouchouse
