Appartement conforme à la description Emplacement idéal ,intérieur confortable et judicieusement bien agencé Flux de voitures assez important nuit et jour auquel on doit s'habituer Difficulté pour les emplacements de parking dans la résidence la porte d'accès étant endommagée bon nombre de personne étrangère à l'immeuble viennent s'y garer par opportunisme Dans l'ensemble notre séjour à été très agréable dans cet appartement d'ou on peut profiter pleinement du bord de mer

Location top niveau. Vue splendide. Grand balcon. Distribution et aménagement de l'appartement bien conçus, circulations faciles, habitabilité maximale.Abondamment équipé de tout ce qu'il faut - électro(ménager - couverts et vaisselle (assortis, pas les habituels bric-à-bracs de récup' de chez l'arrière grand-tante ! - produits d'hygiène et de nettoyage.Lit très confortable ; couvertures, etc. TV WiFi etc conformes à l'annonce. Livres, jeux.Belle salle de bains (pas un cagibi !), cabine de douche spacieuse où l'on peut se doucher sans se cogner partout. Grand chauffe-eau qui permettra à tout le monde la douche en rentrant de la plage sans risque de finir à l'eau froide !En 13 ans de locations diverses un peu partout en France et ailleurs, l'une des meilleures que nous ayons eues.Je recommande vivement !

Cet appartement très lumineux, confortable est très bien situé. Nous avons accès à tout à pieds, super !!parking sécurisé également.Sans oublié que nous avons été très bien accueilli à la remise des clés. Nous recommandons cette location.

Tout est déjà dit dans les appréciations plus haut.... Cet appartement est idéalement situé...très joliment décoré, sans trop...tant mieux! , avec une literie très confortable,et...très appréciable, les "choses" de 1ere nécessité sont là ! (Éponge..Essuie-tout..ect) Vraiment BRAVO au propriétaire !

Vue magnifique sur la mer
