In a quiet district, with a stunning view over the mountain, only 300 m from the sea (car not necessary). Carefully decorated, nice and modern. There is a functional fully equipped kitchen. Single storey villa with large bay windows opening onto the terrace and the pool. Suitable for disabled people.

What a beautiful villa, very nicely furnished and with an enormous pool where we spent a lot of time. There were 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a good size living space and well equipped kitchen, all perfect for our family of 5 (2 grandparents, 2 parents and 6 year old son). The villa had 2 good air-conditioners for the main living areas which also kept the bedrooms cool, supplemented by fans.There was plenty of shady near the pool, a good garden area, lovely mountain views and ample space to park our two cars, one behind the other.The nearest beach access was about 6 to 8 minutes walk (2 to 3 minutes drive) with bars and restaurants, and further on, maybe 12 to 15 minutes walk, was the small village of Pinarellu with several good beach front restaurants for dinner.All the rental administration was very efficiently handled and easy. Laurent the local representative was extremely helpful and super-fast to respond to any queries we had during our stay and to oversee check-in and departure.Many thanks to Christel, Marie-Noelle and Laurent, we had a truly wonderful stay.

Splendide

Belle maison équipement total que ce soit pour la cuisine les chambres les extérieurs et la piscine tout y est l'accueil au top . 3mn a pieds pour une superbe plage on a pieds sur environ 80 mètres pas de vagues pas de cailloux Nous y avons séjourner 18 nuits tout a été super même les restaurants. Une sortie à faire a 25mn en voiture c'est les "3 piscines naturelles de Cavu"

Sehr schön!

Schöner Bungalow wie beschrieben mit sehr großem Pool, der nur langsam etwas Zeitspuren zeigt. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, auch Bücher, DVDs, TV mit streaming vorhanden, was wir aber bei der guten Lage zu einem sehr schönen Strand nicht genutzt haben. Auch den Fluss Cavu kann man in 20min mit dem Auto erreichen. Riesiger Supermarkt in 10min mit Auto. Strand mit Wald (schön auch mal im Schatten zuliegen) zu Fuss in 5min, Restaurants fussläufig in ca 15min. Ein wirklich toller Urlaub!

Superbe villa !

Magnifique maison à 2 pas de la plage de Pinarello. L'agencement est pratique et la décoration de très bon gout. La maison bénéficie d'un équipement complet. La piscine est parfaite pour la famille, très propre. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et réactifs. Nos enfants veulent déjà y retourner. Bref, que du positif !!!!

Sehr schöne Villa in Pinarello

Ruhige Lage, 5 Gehminuten zum Strand, 10 Minuten zum Dorf mit guten Restaurants und 15 Min. bis zum Supermarkt in Ste. Lucie. Wir haben zwei schöne erholsame Wochen im Villa erlebt. Super Pool und Garten mit viel Schatten.

TRES BELLE VILLA

Très belle villa, joliment décorée et chaleureuse avec une vue superbe sur les aiguilles de Bavella. La situation est exceptionnelle: à 5 mns à pied de la belle plage de Pinarellu, à 15 mns de Porto Vechio et à proximité des commerces. Nous la recommandons !!!

Villa très agréable, meublée de façon contemporaine et avec goût à l'intérieur comme sur la vaste terrasse (mention spéciale pour les poufs taille XXL) où l'on se prélasse avec plaisir, au bord de la piscine et avec la vue sur les montagnes au loin ! Situation idéale ( plage et paillote à 200 m, montagne, mer, Bonifaccio... sont faciles d'accès). Une adresse à recommander.

En famille ou entre amis, la maison permet de dans un style conviviale, avec beaucoup de goût. Piscine imposante et très agréable. A 2 min de la mer à pied, dans un cadre exceptionnel. Excellent séjour que je conseille particulièrement.

Détente dans une villa de charme

Villa très agréable au confort optimum pour passer un séjour au calme tout en profitant d'une infrastructure haut de gamme. Proche de la mer comme de lieux plus animés tels que Porto Vecchio ou bien encore d'accès aux principales routes pour visiter tant la montagne que la mer, bref villa idéale pour les vacances un 4,5 pleinement justifié !

The villa is very pleasant; your stay will be a delight. The pool has 3 levels of water so that adults and children can both enjoy it. The outdoors is particularly enhanced because the guests tend to spend more time outside than inside. Garden furniture and really large barbecue. The house is a delight and we take great pleasure in being here ourselves.

What makes this property unique

The place is very quiet, not overlooked, with a magnificent view of the mountain, only 300 m from the beach, which is rare. No need to take the car to go. Privileged and quiet place, far from the masses, but close to all the leisure activities. Perfect place to relax. For young people, the Via Notte is only 20 minutes away by car. Therefore, everyone can be happy.
