This charming stone villa of 65 m ² is ideal for holidays by the sea in peace. It has a beautiful terrace of about 60 m2. It can accomodate up to 6 people, ideally for a family, it has direct access to the beach and to the coves of fine sand just a few steps from the house. Well-being and rest are at the rendezvous in this bosky bower.
The villa is equipped with a terrace where you can enjoy real moments of relaxation in family, around the electric barbecue and the living room of garden. Fully air-conditioned, the interior of the villa offers comfort:

- Lounge with Satellite TV
- 2 rooms with double beds on the floor in mezzanine

We liked it very much, most importantly the ideal location of this property.Ideas for improvement: 1. the bed is very uncomfortable (maybe only for tall and/or heavy people), but for me this is a reason not to come back because of the back pain and bad sleep quality it caused me.2. Removing/cutting the fig tree from the terrace, even though it is very nice, it is blocking the entry of the terrace and taking too much space.3. fix the outside water hose.

Das Haus hat eine traumhafte Lage, direkt an der Spitze einer Landzunge. Man geht nur 2 Minuten in einem Strand, der fast privat ist. Es liegt in einer privaten Siedlung mit eigenem Parkplatz. Auch weitere wunderschöne Strände sind fussläufig erreichbar. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und hat eine große Terrasse mit Tisch, Liegestühlen und Sesseln. Ein kleines Manko ist ggf. dass alle Betten (über zwei Ebenen) quasi im gleichen Raum stehen, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Unten gibt es ein kleines Kinderzimmer mit Stockwerkbett das sehr klein ist.Die Küche war super ausgestattet und das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Séjour très agréable. L'emplacement est parfait, dans une residence très calme à quelques minutes à pieds de la plage. Le logement est conforme à la description, très bien équipé et décoré avec goût. La climatisation en mezzanine a été très appréciée. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Une très belle location dans un environnement verdoyant et très calme, la mer à 2 mns à pied, la plage quasiment pour nous seuls. Parking privé. Le logement est conforme à l’annonce, une très jolie terrasse qui appelle à la farniente. Une jolie déco intérieure sur le thème de la mer. Une clim très appréciable. Je recommande vivement cet endroit.

Schöne erholsame Ferien

Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Strand ist zu Fuss in kurzer Distanz erreichbar. Schöner kleiner Strand, allerdings keine Weitsicht, da man Blick in die Bucht von Porto Vecchio hat. Bei der Übergabe gute Ausflugs und Restauranttipps erhalten.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus

Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Überdurchschnittlich gut eingerichtete Küche, in der man wirklich kochen kann. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist unübertroffen, das wussten wir schon vorher. Aber der Charme des Hauses hat es 2 Wochen zu unserem zu Hause gemacht.

Es handelt sich um eine Ferienhaussiedlung mit vorgelagerten Hotel. Direkt neben uns (zum gleichen Haus gehörend) war die Terrasse der Nachbarn. Der Weg zum Strand sind ca. 5 Gehminuten.

Charmante maison de style Corse idéalement située dans une résidence avec accès direct à la plage. Nous avons adoré la sérénité de l'endroit, la grande terrasse arborée, la décoration intérieure de la maison de style "vacances à la mer " et la climatisation, très agréable aux heures chaudes. Nous avons apprécié également la gentillesse et l'efficacité de Laure et Virginie, toujours très disponibles pour nos questions et petits aléas imprévus qu'elles ont su régler très rapidement. Bon emplacement pour visiter et profiter du sud de la Corse

Maison bien située. 2 plages tranquilles à proximité, à pied. La 2e plage était très jolie, présence de poissons (et une belle pieuvre) près des rochers. En voiture, on peut explorer facilement la côte et les montagnes. La maison était bien équipée, tranquille et dans un environnement très charmant.

Super Unterkunft in super Lage

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich, alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden und die Lage, nur wenige Schritte zum wunderschönen Strand, ist traumhaft. Kontakt mit Vermieterin und Laure hat gut geklappt.
