Home has amenities to enjoy your stay in Houston. 3/2/2 home with backyard deck. Close to many attractions, excellent restaurants/bars, medical center, downtown, and theater. Medical Center is 1.5 mi, Galleria (shopping) 5.5 mi, NRG Stadium .5 mi, very conveniently centrally located. Home sleeps 6 comfortably with King Bed, Queen and Double bed available. Kitchen has granite counters, stocked for cooking, and an eat in kitchen. With a sitting room off the Kitchen it's great to visit with friends/family or watch the kids. Dining room seats 6, which is off of the living room. Walkout the back door to the deck.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please start a load of towels
Turn A/C up to 78 degrees if using Heat, turn heat down to 65
Please remove all personal items
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
When not in home please put AC up to 75 degrees and put heat down to 68 degrees to conserve energy.
Day of departure: strip beds, take linens , towel, kitchen towels and place at back door leading to garage. Start load laundry, take all trash out.
Please load dishwasher and start the dishwasher before leaving. Please turn off all lights and put AC to 78 degree. Lock front door on your way out.

I am here to help and provide information to make your stay more enjoyable. The location is ideal,; minutes from the Houston Medical Center; as well as walking distance to NRG stadium for Rodeo, Texan games, events, and concerts. If you are visiting Houston for our wonderful medical center the home is very close and convenient. Location is approx 10-15 minutes from Downtown Houston.
Houston is ranked #3 in the US as a "foodie city"... lots of amazing cuisines nearby.

Why they chose this property

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION... Also of course a very comfortable home to enjoy. If you like to to run or walk for exercise you would only be 5-7 minutes from Rice University... there are options for you! There is a YMCA 1.2 miles away (can purchase a day pass).

Coming to town for sporting events - Astros, Texans, Rockets or Dynamos all close by.
