Perfect location for NRG events!

We stayed the night before a concert at NRG stadium and the place is within walking distance! It was so convenient! Super clean and can accommodate plenty of people. Highly recommend!

Once you got into the condo it was nice and as described. It had everything we needed. The development and area around is kind of sketchy. You can really smell the foods of other people in the building as you walk down the hallway and there was a guy sitting out in the hallway at the apartment next door all weekend. Kind of strange

Definitely coming back!

This was a comfortable, spacious, clean apartment with a well-appointed kitchen. We were in town for a horse show at the NRG Arena, and this location was very close - just 3 minutes away at non-peak traffic times. That sure was convenient when we had to come in late at night and leave early in the morning. We wish we had had more time to just relax in the apartment - the large living room would have been a great place to rest, if we could have. Maybe next year! We really hope to rent this same unit when we return in 2025.

Great Proximity to NRG facilities

Condo was just as advertised. There were cold waters and sodas in the fridge as well as snack sized bags of chips in an bowl on the table. Nice touch and was much appreciated. The condo's value is that it is a 15 minute walk from NRG stadium making it a great place to stay and avoid the long lines of traffic getting out of an event venue. Condo is located in a gated condo complex. The building the condo is in requires a key to get into, and the condo itself is a keyless code-based entry, thus it's a safe place in a highly populated area. The only downside - and this is not a negative on the condo itself - is that the condo is located along the southern edge of the complex and faces the 610 highway. If you're a light sleeper the traffic noise will keep you up. Other than that, this condo is a decent place to stay if you want to avoid the traffic home after an event at NRG.

Beware

The place is as stated. The check in process isn’t the best but it’s doable. There were no towels in the master bath, but luckily I noticed early enough and was able to go buy some soon after arriving. They reimbursed me for the towels and my efforts. The problem I did have was after checkout. Eight days later, I was charged $64.99 for a supposed broken soap dispenser. I did a walk through right before leaving and nothing was broken, but eight days later I was charged. I asked for a picture of the supposed damage but it was never provided. They provided no proof of damages, but I didn’t have proof otherwise so it cost me $64.99. Make sure you have proof of how you left the premises so this doesn’t happen to you.

Hello Virginia, I am sorry to read your impression about my listing. We have delivered 5 star hosting to all our guests before you. My cleaner left 2 towels instead of three and you purchased one. We reimbursed you $20 for $8 towel and apologized for my cleaner's oversight. You broke the dispenser in the second bathroom and we charged you for it. You know quite well that it broke and was in that bath tub during your stay, but you did not report it. By the look of the spilled liquid in the tub, it did not break the.morning of your checkout. We have 7 business days to refund you your damage deposit and that was what we did. I understand that you are not happy because you had to pay for the damage, but that's not a good reason for you to give us a bad review. You did not complain about anything during your two night stay.
