Our visit to this property was exactly what we hoped. The apartment was lovely, clean, everything was great. I highly recommend this property for its location cleanliness and excellent host. (And I’m rather picky!!!) Book it!

Great property, one room has an en suite bathroom and the other room is right across the hallway from the second bathroom that is also used as the bathroom for a guest.The elevator was awesome. The views were phenomenal. The furniture in the family room is very comfortable. That’s more comfortable enough, they felt like they were queen size. We didn’t do very much cooking, but if you’re planning to do cooking, it’s important to know that there’s not a lot of kitchen, cooking pans and utensils. The location was fantastic with easy actor to lots of restaurants and the main sites.

A Florence Gem

Premier location, extremely close to the Duomo and taxi stand and stores and markets. Recommendations for restaurants were great. City center is extremely easy to walk. We would absolutely stay again we highly recommend this property.

Primo Location!

All the amenities for a comfortable stay and we loved being close enough to see the duomo and hear the church bells frequently. Luca provided all the information and support we required and more! Taxi stand outside the front door was such a bonus. It is a charming and modern unit with lots of personality and comfort touches! Would stay here again.

The apartment is in a great location and when you walk out the front door you are immediately confronted with the stunning sight of beautiful Duomo. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Would like to have had a bit more of necessary amenities like soap in the shower and the only downside was hot water is iffy at certain times. I think if there is a lot of use in the building in the morning there is no hot water. Check in and communication from the host was excellent with lots of information about the apartment and nearby recommendations. We enjoyed our stay.

Steps from the duomo

I can’t say enough good things about this rental and its location. The unit was clean, spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable. The communication with Luca was top notch. This one was a gem.

The location could not be better, the apartment is great, and the rooftop terrace is very cool. My only complaint is that the listing says there is parking and there is not. The is a parking garage about 10 minutes walk over very bumpy cobblestone with suitcases, but it is not included. It is an extra cost and not part of the apartment. I highly recommend this place, but I would change my mind if the host doesn't change the misleading description.
