This home was the perfect vacation location for our family. With 4 adults and 3 teen/pre teens there was more than enough space for everyone. There was everything plus more when it came to kitchen needs. Communication with Kyle the host was over and above, with quick responses and so many wonderful recommendations of things to do and places to go. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

We held a family reunion for a week in August at this property with a total of 8 adults, 5 kids, and one dog. Accommodations were great for the whole crew, with all the couples having bedrooms with bathrooms, and the kids having bunk beds plus a crib for the youngest. If you're bringing a dog keep in mind there isn't a fenced in yard (it's a patio with a grill and table / chairs) so you'll need to take him for regular short walks. Kyle was a terrific host, very responsive and helpful, and the house was extremely well provisioned. There's a lot to do and see in Colorado Springs, and most of the attractions are within a 10 - 20 min drive from the house. We really enjoyed our vacation staying at this property.

This listing was a great fit for our varied group of singles, couples, and families with children. The rooms are well laid out, and the furnishings are comfortable and convenient. The kitchen is stocked with appliances and cookware for every need. We had excellent and responsive communication with the owner; no need went unaddressed! The location is also top tier. It is a quiet and friendly neighborhood, with easy access to main roads, restaurants, grocery stores, and so on. Highly recommend this listing for your large group visit to Colorado Springs!

Awesome location! This place is close to all the attractions. The property manager is very responsive and on point with taking care of his guest. We loved our stay!

Kyle is the ultimate host!Our family of 13 had an outstanding stay at Kyle’s home. The house fit us so well it truly felt designed for our large family. There was plenty of space, very comfortable beds, and lots of extra linens, pillows, and towels ready for use, which made settling in easy and comfortable.The home is stocked with everything you could need: Keurig with plenty of coffee provided by Kyle, a regular coffee pot, waffle iron, pressure cooker, washer and dryer, and a great BBQ grill with utensils. He also includes umbrellas, grocery bags, games, books, and a helpful variety of visitor brochures and local information. Kyle has clearly thought through every detail to make guests feel welcome and relaxed, and it shows in every room of the house.The location is perfect in western Colorado Springs—walking distance to Ivywild School, Bear Creek Park, and nearby trails, and just minutes from Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs. It’s an ideal spot for exploring the area, enjoying the outdoors, and having easy access to everything you might want to do.Kyle is easily accessible, quick to respond, and genuinely thoughtful. Check‑in was a breeze, and he even surprised us with free Switchbacks FC soccer tickets, which our family enjoyed. There’s plenty of off-street parking, which was great for a group our size.Do not hesitate to rent this home—you will love it just as much as we did. A true five‑star stay in every way and we would happily return next time in town.

Where to begin to describe how perfect this home was for our very special family vacation?! The great experience started within minutes of booking the VRBO. Kyle called just to let us know there was a real person on the other end of the booking. He offered any assistance we might need from then until the final day of our stay. He also offered us a video walk-thru of the house a week or so before we arrived. When we arrived, we found the house to be cleaner than any VRBO we have stayed in, and the thought that has gone into making it a wonderful stay was evident everywhere we looked. From extra towels and bedding to extra batteries and charging cables, we must have said 20 times how many details were considered in this home. The rooms and bathrooms worked out perfectly for our group of 13 people - ages 2 to 72. There were several remarks about how comfortable the beds and rooms were. The kids enjoyed the toys and games - especially checkers. The laundry facilities were very adequate with thoughtful items such as Shout stain remover. It only rained one day while we were in Colorado Springs, but there were umbrellas and disposable raincoats available for that day. We celebrated a birthday during our stay and were delighted to find "Happy Birthday" balloons available for our use. Kyle was so kind and readily available to help with anything we needed. He even lent us his cooler and printed our boarding passes for us. Our whole family would highly recommend this beautiful home!

Large, clean, and beautiful home is ideal for a large family. The loft/gaming space is perfect for the kids to hang out while the adults congregate in the kitchen. Having a bathroom for each bedroom is a huge bonus! The host is amazing and goes above and beyond in ensuring our celebration in Colorado Springs was perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! The booking was easy, Kyle was an incredible host both before, during, and even after the stay with a left behind item! The neighborhood was very nice and quiet and close to all the things we love to do! The house was stocked with all the things we could need. Comfortable space / beds and a bonus is having nice showers! We will definitely be booking again!

Comfortable, roomy place to land

Kyle and his Ivywild House are wonderful place to stay with a group of family/friends of all ages. Kyle provided us with all the necessities and many extras that made our stay super comfortable. You will be happy you chose to stay here!

Perfect family gathering spot

What a great place for us, our kids and grandchildren. Never have we stayed in such a well-stocked VRBO. Great beds, lots of room to spread out, wonderful, thoughtful hosts, quiet neighborhood to walk our pup, and centrally located for everything in Colorado Springs. Book it!

Great stay for family reunion

We had a wonderful stay at Kyle's lovely home. The home very comfortably accommodated our group of 14 adults. Kyle was an amazing host and really tried to anticipate everything we could possibly need. Great communication and very easy check in and check out. Very nice location close to all of the sights in Colorado Springs. Would definitely stay again!

We were thrilled with the property. It was clean and orderly and had a lot of extras. There were toys for the kids, plenty of kitchen equipment, and a lot of other extras, including a weber grill which we used several times. When we had a question Kyle was very attentive and helpful. There is a park nearby fot the kids and a brew pub fot mom and dad. I've traveled extensively and I'd highly recommend this location.

Over and above, best VRBO experience ever!

The home was exactly as pictured. It had absolutely everything you would need and more. Waters and snacks for when we arrived! Checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed and gave us many recommendations for things to do in the area. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone going to Colorado Springs.
