On the Paseo Marítimo, on the same downtown beach, and very close to the city center. Very quiet and moreover near pubs, restaurants ... Ideal for walking and sports, especially water sports. Very close to everything, very well connected. Near Benidorm, Terra Mitica, La Marina Shopping Center, etc.

It has Wifi and Movistar plus to enjoy the best series and movies. 1st line at the center beach. Parking. Cozy and comfortable apartment on the seafront of the excellent sandy beach in the center of Villajoyosa, with beautiful front and side terrace to the sea. Fully furnished and equipped, all exterior, with Internet, satellite dish, elevator and private parking. Very sunny and bright and airy. Very close to the city center (5 minutes walk), very well located for entertainment, restaurants, sports, walking, etc. and well connected: near bus, train, La Marina Shopping Center, Benidorm, Terra Mítica ...

Super beliggenhet

Et sted for de som vil ha et rolig opphold med kort vei til strand og sjø. Trivelig by og folk, mest godt voksne turister, ofte langtidsboende.
