This recently renovated two floor condo has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and is only a block and a half walk to the Seaside Boardwalk! The first floor has the living room, a modern kitchen, a breakfast area and a half bathroom. The second floor has a master bedroom with a full bathroom, and a second bedroom with 2 twin beds. A stacked washer and dryer are also located in the unit.

Four (4) beach badges are included with rental!

Immediately outside the front door is a cozy deck, perfect for eating, relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. One assigned off-street parking space is also provided.

Please note that this is a NO PET, NON-SMOKING UNIT. Also sheets, towels and paper products are not provided.

This is a small quiet condominium complex with several year-round residents, so we do not accept prom or party rentals.

Any bookings between May 1 and June 30 shall require the rental information to be provided and rental agreement to be signed and returned by all occupants within 48 hours of booking or the reservation may be subject to cancellation. During this time we have a blackout period of no groups shall have any guests between ages of 15 and 25 even if accompanied by an adult. After July 1, these restrictions do not apply although all rental groups must be a minimum of 30 years old…this is non-negotiable.

Any bookings commencing on a Sunday must be a minimum 3 night stay. Memorial Day, July 4th weekend and Labor Day bookings are 3 night minimums (Fri-Sun checking out Monday block or Sat-Mon checking out Tues block).

Rentals at all times may have a maximum of four (4) adults/children.
