This location is also ideal for fishermen in search of their next big catch! Bring your boat and kayaks and enjoy some of the best fishing and kayak trails on the coast . Just minutes away from historic Indianola, Cast Away Cottage offers access to an abundance of fishing spots, kayak trails, and bird watching. Plenty of parking for a boat with boat ramp blocks away. Just 15 minutes from Port Lavaca and 25 minutes from Port O'Connor. This newly remolded house comes stocked with all the necessities, including washer and dryer, so just bring your bags and fishing gear and start enjoying all this cozy retreat has to offer!

My wife and I are teachers who just love to be near the coast every opportunity we have. Whether it's kayak fishing or just relaxing, the water is where we love to be.
Why they chose this property
I've been coming down here for near 20 years. Introduced this place to my wife about 3 years ago and she was hooked. We came down so much we decided to buy a place because we spent so much renting places to stay.
